Webinar participants not receive email

Participants in a webinar we are hosting next week (our first with Zoom Webinar) have told me they have not received the auto-generated invitation email that contains their dedicated participation link.  I've resent several times.

Is there a way for me as host to see their individual URLs and send them those links directly?

Hey @GlennLammi, first I'd ensure you and your participants are able to receive emails from Zoom. You can look into the 'Not able to receive emails from Zoom' KB article for more info.

After configuring try resending the emails out, if still unsuccessful you can copy the Webinar details, paste them in an email and send them out that way.

You may want to try extracting their unique link and sending it in a separate email to ensure the invitation is delivered. You could set up a webhook that triggers a separate invite with their unique link upon registration from your own email domain to ensure it is delivered. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you calendar invites and reminders with each individual's unique link for Zoom webinars.
