Hi Zoom Hive Mind,

I'm running my first ever multiple session Zoom Event at the end of September, and I'm really struggling with it. 

Could someone please answer the following questions for me to help me get started!?  

- I can't find how to start the practice session from the hub or event page 

- can I run multiple practice sessions or do I need a full run through of the event with everyone present - so can I pick and choose which sessions to practice?

- when doing a panel session with a chair, do I have all speakers as speakers or do I just list the chair as a speaker and then add the others just as panelists?  

- how do you set up break out rooms prior to the event?  Or does that have to be on the day?

- How do you link 3rd party apps like Slido in to the event?

Does anyone have any links to good tutorials (ideally videos as I'm a visual learner)?

I feel a bit out of my depth!!

How do I "run a registration report" so as to see answers to my custom questions before my webinar takes place?

I do not need help with Managing Zoom Event Registrations.

I asked required questions like Title and Organization. How can I see these answers?

I will be running an event with 250 participants, this will be split into 4 separate sessions as time slots

e.g 10:00-10:30 I will need room a) &room b) to run at the same time, 10:30 - 11:00 rooms a) &b) and for attendees to be able to choose which session they would like to attend.

How many attendees can i have in the main meeting and how many will be allowed per breakout room?

When I go to look for and purchase Webinar Add On I get this message:

It sends me in a loop. 

I've had Webinar before, so I don't understand what I need to do now to signup again. My current month expired and I want to extend it for a webinar next week.

El tema que iban a tratar era interesante, y lo que yo quisiera es poder acceder a esa reunión grabada, alguien puede ayudarme cómo poder ver ese video ya que tengo todos los accesos pero por falta de tiempo no pude ingresar.

We had a webinar last week and set the view with a spotlight on the speaker.  At the end, we changed it to gallery view to allow the 4 speakers to answer questions together.  I just downloaded the video and shared it with the presenters who noticed that the last speaker was still spotlighted.  She told me that there are often 2 versions of the video recording but I can only see 1.  Why didn't the view change on the recording?  It did change on the screen.

I downloaded a cloud recording of a Q&A I did.  Audio of two of the questioners was silent on the recording but I could hear them on the call.   Can this be fixed.? Should I be afraid to use zoom for events where I need to record?  I've not had problems before.  I was in focus mode.

It would be great to include the Webinar Session Branding options (wallpaper, virtual backgorunds, name tage design) in webinar templates.  This would allow us to push the branding elements to all our event planners to apply to all webinars.  Right now we must upload the elements for each webinar.
