The email has gone out. The registration button is there. But I don't know how to add the payment button. @ payment button to the published registration form.
Does Zoom events send out reminder messages when an invited attendee has not completed their registration? If so, what is the reminder schedule?
I'm looking for a report that will allow me to pull a list of attendees who have not yet completed their registration as requested in their invitation email. I can see Registration Status but it doesn't seem to change from Invited. I can click on the attendee's profile to see if the person registered but I need a way to do that systematically for all invitations and not by clicking on each one. Is this function available?

I'm hosting webinars with registration fees but would like to offer certain groups of attendees reduced registration fees. As I understand it, this option doesn't currently exist for Zoom Webinars. Can anybody suggest a viable work-around for someone that is only moderately computer savvy ? Also not sure I want to go the 'Events' route. TIA

We want to host a webinar where the audio from the host's computer will be the only audio used by Zoom. Other participants audio input to Zoom will be muted on their computer. All participants are in the same room and are using external mics which are connected to a mixer. The mixer output will feed the host's computer and be the source of the audio for the webinar. We want to do this to better control the quality of the audio. Since other participants Zoom mic input is muted, Zoom cannot use their audio to recognize them as the active computer. We still need the participants to be able to share their desktops full screen. How do we accomplish this? One idea I have is to have the host spotlight them when they need to share their desktop. Will this work? Is there another method which will work? Thanks. Jim Norman

We have never had any issues with our Chat files saving to the recordings. Today we went to retrieve our chat file and for some reason, it is not there. we have not changed any of our settings and have not had any issues with this in the past 2 years. Any one else having any issues?

Today we hosted a webinar where my account would record the event. We ran practice sessions before the event in which I was given recording privileges. Then, once the real webinar started, I began the recording 10 minutes before the practice session ended. Once the whole event was over, I got a notification saying that the recording failed since there was a previous one going on (a 6 second recording from one of the practices). I was then told to go into "meetings" or "recording," I forgot, but the webinar never told me this once the recording started. This is extremely problematic as we promised the video would be recorded and Zoom never said to finalize the 6 second video processing in the background. What can I do? I need the recording please.

I have already told people to check spam/junk folders; I have already DOUBLE checked their emails. I have already gone into zoom and RESENT confirmation emails to all who have registered - and I still have people emailing me that they have NOT RECEIVED the link. Not sure what is going one. We have been using ZOOM webinar features since April of 2020 - and this has never been an issue before. Need help!!!! Webinar is tomorrow. Thank you

Hi All, I have recorded a webinar to the zoom cloud and set the recording so that to view it you need to register. I have also setup a registration page where you can register. My question is how can I add the recording to the registration page? i.e. Once you register you can then view the recording of the webinar on-demand Thanks!
