Hello everyone,

in my last event there was a lot of problems during the session, we already bought the event plan to make sure that everything works smoothly.

First Problem, when the host spotlight his account on screen, all the attendees and panelists should see the account that is spotlighted, but unfortunately the attendees were seeing the screen duplicated, the spotlighted account and the panelist that have his camera on.

The second problem is with all updated version of zoom on IPHONE'S. Everyone that had the zoom updated for the last version, was watching the meeting in a small screen cropped and not clear at all.

Please check the attached photo's.

Eddy Chehade,

Best regards.

Breakout rooms within zoom events

I am setting up a virtual conference using zoom events, which will run multiple simultaneous sessions. Can the hosts of those sessions also create breakout rooms during their individual sessions?

Resolved! Downloading attendees of a session in Zoom Events

I don't see where you can download the participants in my Zoom sessions.  Is there a way to do it and what's the path because everything I have tried has come up blank.

I have tested the recording function at Zoom (for enterprises) and found out how the HD recording works. However, I still have one problem: As soon as a presentation, screen, etc. is shared in the webinar, the speaker video is automatically in small sized in the recording because the shared screen is then automatically displayed in large size. However, for a later video editing, I would like to record only the speaker with the best possible resolution, but not the shared screen. How can I solve this problem?

Hi! I'm planning a multi-day, multi-track hybrid event, relying on Zoom Events as a platform.

I'll need to sell tickets on my website (mostly to comply with local regulations to issue VAT invoices).

Q:  How do I control access to my Zoom Event to those who have purchased a ticket through my website?     I assume I can send out an automated email to purchasers with a link to the Zoom Event.  So far so good, but how do I make sure non-eligible people don't join?   I sthere a way to add a list of eligible emails that are allowed to access the event?  (And if so, can such a list be dynamically updated by emails of people who purchase access during the event?)

Thank you,

Csaba (BPconf.com)

adding simultaneous interpretation

We would like to extend our Zoom Pro subscription with an add-on option for simultaneous interpretation (we do have the interpreateur) for one month. What would be the methods and the cost of this? Thanks for any ideas!

In our original setup, we had granted certain individuals the Dashboard in order to be able to see all upcoming lessons and be able to enter anonymously (in order to evaluate the instructor, or pop in to the meeting if a student was being troublesome). This is a franchise setting - however, we had no groups set up and with the Dashboard admins could see all the meetings in the managed account, not just ones belonging to their franchise.

If I organize the franchises into groups in the system, and then determine who in each franchise would be the admin over that group and then grant them the Dashboard, will it/can it limit their dashboard view to just their group?

Hello, Community Members

I am setting a meeting for a non-profit event, with registration. The registration includes "role" as one registration parameter. And a registrant, with the same email address, can hold more than one role. Ex Mr A can be officer and VP.
The problem that I have is, when Mr A registers first as officer, and then re-registers as VP, it seems that the last registration overwrites the first one, in the registration report.

Is there a way I can set up meeting registration, and allow a registrant, with more than one role, to register more than once? FYI, event is for a non-profit election event, and we are looking to identify count of officers in attendance via the Zoom report, for election purpose.  And as mentioned above, one registrant is holding more than one role.

Thank you for your help.
