I've set up a webinar to allow a Practice Session in advance. But, Attendees logged in early and were shown as Participants/Attendees. Can I allow Panelists to automatically join the early Practice Session, and keep Attendees out until the webinar start time?

we have a Zoom One licence and also the smallest webinar licence.

We have one admin account. Now we want to add a second admin account that also has access to the same webinars. Both administrators should manage the webinar (edit, start, etc.). Is this possible? If so, which licence is it?

Looking to set up a multi-layered hybrid meeting.  In room participants will be in a large room, with Zoom participants to have a plenary session.  This large group (both the in-person and Zoom participants) will break down to about 5 smaller breakout groups with the in-person participants still being in the same large room.   Each breakout group will have around 10 in-person participants.  The groups will be approximately 15 feet apart - possibly more.  After a period of time, the breakout groups will again join together (both in-person and Zoom) for a final plenary session.

While we are pretty clear on what we need to do with the plenary session, we would like some help on what we need to do for the breakout groups.  Each breakout group will have a device (laptop/Surface Pro) to engage the Zoom participants.  What do we need in order to set up the smaller group sessions, especially in order to avoid audio echo/feedback?

In our Zoom Room, we want to be able to customize the screen layout for our second screen so that members in our classroom can see as many Zoom participants as possible and to save that layout for future meetings.

Currently, we have to do this manually for each meeting after the presents starts screen sharing. We have someone monitoring chat and raised hands so that the presenter can concentrate on their lecture. I've reviewed the option to customize and save Gallery View order, but this isn't quite what we need.

I have recently attended a Zoom meeting / webinar that had a dynamic background.  This was a conference table facing the Zoom audience though each speaker appeared at different seats on the virtual conference table as panelists.

I haven't been able to find this functionality on my own.  Is this available to my Enterprise account and, if so, how do we enable during a Zoom meeting / webinar?
