Webinar API - templates/branding

I am looking to use the same template for all webinars created by a new integration.

When calling the Webinar API (https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userId}/webinars), does the "template_id" need to be owned by the "userId", or can it be owned by any user?  Or is there an admin (sharable) type of template that we should be creating?

Alternatively, how can I do things like set the Branding settings of the webinar via the API?

I was unable to use it.  Why did this happen and how can I make sure it never happens again?

I, the plan owner, purchased the webinar add-on for our Pro account earlier today. The payment has completed and I've assigned the feature to one of our 2 licensed users. I am able to schedule meetings for this user and am trying to convert the previously scheduled meeting to a webinar. When I select the option to do so, a message pops up stating that the meeting cannot be converted because the user doesn't have that feature and will need to request it from me. But again, I've already assigned the feature to them and can see that it is there in their user profile. Is there a delay in full-functionality?

How to Disable Co-Host's Ability to Turn on Camera or Unmute Themselves?

We use the Co-Host role strictly as a "chat box moderator" because Zoom Webinars doesn't have a Moderator role (which they really really should!).  Our chat box moderators should never be on camera or on mic. Their job is simply to monitor the chat box and Q&A box (ie: delete offensive comments from chat box, interact with attendees in chat box, help Host manage the questions in the Q&A box).

Because Zoom Webinars doesn't have a Moderator role, and because Zoom allows only the Host and Co-Hosts to delete comments from the chat box, we have no choice but to use the Co-Host role for our chat box moderators.

I'm worried that our chat box moderators (assigned to Co-Host role) will accidentally unmute themselves and/or accidentally turn on their cameras. This could be extremely embarrassing and unprofessional but I can't find a setting to remove the Co-Host's ability to turn on their camera or unmute themselves. I only see these setting for Panelists, but because Panelists don't have the ability to delete comments from the chat box, that role doesn't work for our chat box moderators.

So my questions are:

Where is the setting to disable Co-Host's ability to turn on camera and unmute?

If this setting doesn't exist: What can we do to make sure our chat box moderators (assigned to Co-Host role) don't accidentally turn on their cameras or unmute themselves during live webinars? I understand we can tell them not to do it, but accidents happen. I can see a person accidentally clicking their mic so they're unmuted and suddenly making weird sounds or talking to themselves during a live webinar. This would be terrible! haha!

Thanks for any advice.

Resolved! How to Hide Co-Host and Panelist's Profile Boxes?

We don't want our Co-Hosts or Panelists to ever be on camera or mic, nor do we want their profile boxes to be visible to attendees. We only want the Host's box to be visible. Can this be done?

Edited to say this has been resolved. It was a user error (ID10T), so never mind!

We are learning how to use Zoom Webinars so have been playing in it via the "Practice Session" feature.   Just now, it spontaneously ended after about 10 or 15 minutes (just a guess, didn't time it). Is there a time limit in Practice Session? We would like to be in the Practice Session for a long time while we learn and explore all the feature and settings, while writing a procedure manual for staff.

When it ended, the window just closed and the Host got a pop up Zoom box that said something like "this session has ended' or something like that.

Any ideas why this happened?

Thanks!

I've just signed up for Zoom events and really looking forward to using this (previously, we used Zoom webinars a lot)

But I'm having an issue with setting up registration. I would like anyone who receives a link for the event to be able to register. I've added a screenshot to show this, but at the moment, the option to make this event public for anyone with a link is not working.

Just to add, I've created a hub and two initial events. My idea is that people will register for the specific event this wish to attend to

I assume alternative hosts aren't able to edit the webinar? Thank you!
