I am hosting a Zoom Events Conference and when in a webinar or meeting and I click Polls the button to "create" a poll is present. But when I click it it takes me to the main screen for the hub. My zoom settings are enabled for creating polls in webinars and meetings. Please help! My conference starts tomorrow!! Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

I have a question regarding the chat options in a webinar. I'm aware of the option to allow to chat with everyone / hosts and panelists in settings. However, I was curious if it's possible to set by default that attendees automatically have the option to chat with everyone as the first one, since usually the option to chat with hosts and panelists is preset.

Why would an individual who registered for a webinar have to re-register when they click on the link in their confirmation email?

Registrants all have the same screen name when being admitted to a Zoom meeting,. They all show up withthe  name of one of the meeting registrants., who wasn't on this  run-through today for a 250-person meeting that will take place tomorrow. I'll spare you the details, but it's not as simple as telling everyone after they're admitted to change their screen names. Googling indicates this is a known problem, but I'm not easily finding the resolution.  I saw somewhere that instead of starting the meeting, I should instead open the meeting by joining it through my desktop app. I tested that and it didn't make a difference. I'll be happy to learn the solution. Thank you.

playing prerecorded video

How can I best try to ensure that prerecorded videos play in sync over zoom?

Often I find the video and audio delays differ so perfectly good video content

appears out of sync.

I have not used the On Demand webinar feature and am looking to turn it on for some webinars I have coming up in a couple weeks.  I searched and can't find an answer to this question: if you have the "follow up email to attendees" turned on, will that only be sent to attendees of the webinar or will it also be sent to those that register for the On Demand?  Also, is there any way to set the registration settings for the On Demand before the recording is done or do you just have to scramble and jump back on to adjust settings once the recording is available?  Thanks!

Will turning on confirmation emails send to people who registered previously?

If I have email confirmations turned off and decide to turn them on, will it send to folks who had previously signed up and did not receive one? Or will it only send it to new contacts going forward?
