Expo: Can I disable review and approval workflow.

It seems that every change an exhibitor makes to their booth has to be approved by an organizer.  Is there any way to disable that requirement?  I'd like to allow them to make any changes they wish without the need for my approval.

In the remote work landscape, where online meetings are the cornerstone of collaboration, it's imperative to deploy comprehensive strategies and utilize technological aids to foster robust engagement and productivity. With participants scattered across diverse geographical locations, and distractions prevalent in virtual environments, facilitators must navigate various factors adeptly. This includes managing participant attention spans by structuring meetings with clear agendas, concise presentations, and interactive elements to maintain engagement. Leveraging collaborative tools such as virtual whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polling platforms can enhance interactivity and encourage active participation from all attendees. Additionally, employing time management techniques such as setting strict time limits for agenda items and utilizing meeting facilitation software to track progress ensures meetings remain focused and efficient. Furthermore, fostering an inclusive atmosphere involves encouraging contributions from all participants, providing opportunities for feedback, and actively seeking input from quieter members. By implementing these strategies and leveraging technological aids, online meetings can transcend geographical barriers and become dynamic platforms for idea exchange, decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving in the remote work environment. Moreover, incorporating innovative party decor elements like shimmer wall and accessing a diverse range of products through House of Party can infuse creativity and excitement into virtual meeting spaces, enhancing engagement and fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere for all participants.

I checked all the lobby-settings and adjustet the time on when the chat should be showing.

For invites with a personal link it does show the lobby chat but for people with the group invite it does not.

So I don't really know where the problem might come from.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I am maths online tutor. I currently have 8 students. For seven of the students there are no issues. However with one I get some loud tapping noise that is not possible to ignore. The student is not using an external speaker or microphone. They have not changed the laptop. Generally we get 10 mins with no noise, and then it starts. Any ideas anyone ? It would be much appreciated. We are both using laptops.

We’re excited to share more information about what’s new in the OnZoom platform!

Waaay More Lead Time!

With Stripe enabled, Hosts can now schedule paid OnZoom Events for 12-months into the future! Note: The Stripe account that is linked to your OnZoom account should only be used for sales from events that are directly listed on OnZoom. (Learn More)

Refund Notifications

When Hosts issue a refund to registrants, you’ll receive an email notification with all the necessary details such as Event Name, refunded ticket name, total refund amount, and the order ID.

Joining OnZoom Events

When registrants with calendars integrated into their Zoom desktop client are signed in to the client with credentials different than their Zoom Event registration credentials, they will see a View Event option. Only users signed in to the Zoom desktop client with the same credentials that are used for Zoom Event registration will see a Join button.

Also, if attendees attempt to join your event too early, they’ll see updated messaging explaining when the event is scheduled to begin. If they attempt to join after the event has concluded, they’ll see messaging explaining when the event ended.

Simplified Registration

The registration process for paid and free events is event more simple and streamlined now! We’ve aggregated similar functions and removed redundant information from the registration flow, making it even easier for your guests to register for your events.

Need to Cancel?

Hosts can cancel a live event from the Events page resulting in sessions ending immediately and the cancelled event being removed from the web portal. Additionally, Attendees will see a message that the event was cancelled followed by an email notifying them that 1) the event has been cancelled, and 2) refund details if the cancelled event was a paid event.

If wish to cancel a specific order from a customer, rather than the entire event, you may now do so from the Event Summary>Order tab. Simply provide a message to the registrant, and upon canceling the order, all tickets associated with this order will be cancelled. Registrants will receive an email with the message you customized. In the case of a paid event, a full refund will initiate and process automatically.

Hello,

I am preparing a multiple-day conference with Zoom Events (pay per attendee with a Business license).

Is it possible to create an attendee email from scratch and customise the date/time it is sent?

I would like to contact people who have registered in order to share some event updates before the conference.

I don't even see a way to amend the date/time one of the existing email templates is sent out?

Thanks in advance

K
