How to free up space on the zoom cloud?
Someone knows how to free up all the space on the zoom cloud? I have already deleated somo videos, one by one, but it seems not been deleated.

Someone knows how to free up all the space on the zoom cloud? I have already deleated somo videos, one by one, but it seems not been deleated.
I added 4 panelists to a webinar and sent them the panelist invitation email that included a link to the webinar. When trying to do a practice session, three of them were able to access rather straightforward, but one had trouble getting into the session. When I tested it with two personal emails, one opened while another never moved past "Please wait. The webinar will begin soon." Both of my personal tests were through gmail. Does this have something to do with Zoom on the panelist's computer? I don't see anything different on the backend of my Zoom webinar set up for this panelist vs. the others, nor between my two personal emails. How can I make it easy for this panelist to join? I do not have authentication required for panelists. He was eventually able to join but I'm not sure how he did it and don't want him to be unable to access on the actual webinar date.

Does zoom capture emojis given by attendees during webinar in a report?
I did a live webinar last night and before it started I selected 'record in the cloud' as an option. Today when I went to download the recording it's not visible in my recording. A meeting which i'd accidentally logged just before is there, but no sign of the webinar. Can anyone help? Bernadette

Hello. I'm a long time paying Zoom customer and OnZoom Presenter. Starting last week when I go to create a new class or duplicate a past class, I get a message that says 'host not found', and subsequently can't create any new classes. My students and my small business are at a loss. I've called in, tried another support request, am willing to pay more, but no one is responding. When I signed up for Zoom over 3 years ago (as a paying customer who has never missed a payment) I was told support requests had a 24 hour turn around, it's been 72 hours. Please just tell me what to do. If you won't allow me to make classes, there are other companies, but please just let me know. I'm tryin to make OnZoom work, but can only wait so long. We work with Seniors and they don't have forever./Elijah

hi there, i need help because i give a workshop tomorrow. i have been doing this already but this time it does not work. i created a test group on facebook. opened zoom to stream to facebook and there were some settings that asked me to which group. i only put "test group". if i now want to stream to the real group i cant - it does not appear. any idea how to activate that again?? any hint is helpful!! cheers katrin

Hi, 1. I'd like to embed Zoom's registration from into my webiste. From previous answers in this forum I understood i can only embed an entire page. Is it still the case or can I embed the form only? 2. In case I'll have to embed the entire page: a. Can I remove the footer? (It's Zoom's footer, not my website's). b. Can I remove the cookies consent pop-up, we use a different one on our website and I don't want to confuse the website visitors. Thanks for your help!

we need a webinar that keeps the speaker large, YET attendees can ask questions live. Is this possible? what settings do i need?
running an event on zoom and hearing from people that go to register that when they open a session on mobile there's no X to get out of the session information and back to the zoom main event page. Anyone have insight on this? Seems to work on some mobile devices but not others.

During my webinars I try to keep a low volume music when I speak but it does not work, I can only listen my voice or, when I stay in silence for a while, the music can be finally heard. This happens with all the mikes and both with desktop and mobile ... Does someone know how the keep both voice and music together? Thank you
