I have been using Zoom for a long time to do group presentations. My powerpoint was working just fine. Without changing anything in the way I do things, Zoom will not show when I advnace slides. It only displays the first slide. I've tried sharing with and without "Optimize For Viseo Clips". Still the same issue. Anyone have any ideas. It's destroying my presentations.

i used my phone to attend my own zoom meeting last week. Now, every time I use zoom, I get a popup on my screen with phone numbers for me to call in. This is happening when I'm trying to record a training video and it's very frustrating. I've checked my settings and it says my microphone is working.

Please advise.

We have a series of educational webinars that occur about once monthly during the first week of the month. This has been going on for the last two school years, and our program is about to come to an end. I would like to pull reports on registration sources, so we can evaluate the efficacy of our marketing and partnership programs. (Having to pull the info monthly is a pain instead of a summary for all time, but I digress.) April and May data came back fine with Source data reporting correctly for the ~7 usual sources we track. Then I went to February and January, and nothing--no source data (yes, we had source tracking links). I sampled a few months from 2022, and no source data. Anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions? Do we lose this data? (I thought Zoom said we as admins had access to the meta data for the past 12 months at least.)

I have two different 2K mp4 videos made with my iPad. One doesn't work and I can't figure out why. Both files are about the same size at 25GB and a run time of 20min.  The one that doesn't work, I've shortened to a 5 min, 500MB video and it still doesn't work. I then shortened it to a 1 sec video and it *worked*.  A two min version doesn't work. 

What's happening here? I'd like the video loops to run 10-20 minutes.  I'd settle for 2-5 minutes. But this one video only works as a 1s video.  Has anyone seen this before?

I added custom questions to a webinar registration.  Now that some registrations are coming through, I have realized that there is a mistake on the dropdown for one of my custom questions.  My only option seems to be to ADD additional questions, but I don't see an option to edit my existing question.

Number of employees needs to be edited.

Adding a new question seems to be my only option, but then it would be duplicated, since I can't find anywhere to delete the original question.

I'm looking for a better way to integrate our email marketing/communications with Zoom Webinars registration. Several times a year, we host state-certified CLE webinars that draw between 500 and 1000 attendees.

We use Mailchimp to manage email communications, including webinar announcements/invitations and a monthly legal periodical, to 14k+ subscribers. We include our Zoom Webinar registration link in those invitations, and thereafter we run all registrant and attendee communications through Zoom Webinars.

This non-integrated solution creates a couple significant inefficiencies and headaches:
(1) Exporting registrants from Zoom and importing them back into Mailchimp for tagging and filtering (to avoid unnecessary repeat invitations) and pre-webinar announcements is cumbersome, can lead to bounce issues, and can corrupt the quality of the contact record.
(2) Oftentimes, Zoom Webinar attendees use a different email address for their Zoom account than the one they use to subscribe to our email list. I have to go to great lengths to emphasize the importance of registering AND attending/joining under their Zoom account email, and some users still mess it up.

This leaves us having to choose between requiring authentication on the front end (which often leads to hordes of panicked calls/emails re: join difficulties right as the webinar is starting) or having to manually authenticate on the back end with Zoom's attendance report data (which leaves us with too much investigative work trying to connect registrant and attendee data when folks join under a different email address than the one with which they registered).

Seems like there should be a seamless CRM-type solution for an industry leader like Zoom, that would fully integrate promotional, registrant, and attendee communications — or else work smoothly enough on its own that folks like me aren't having to hunt for workarounds.

One suggestion to Zoom? Fix the registration platform to guarantee that the join link works (recognizes the user, and associates the registrant and attendee data automatically) regardless of what account the user is logged into Zoom under when they click the link.

Is there also a webhook of some sort that would auto-tag Mailchimp contact records upon Zoom Webinar registration submission? That would be extremely helpful.
