Experiencing a data issue while extracting Webinars Analytics data using Zoom Attendee and Polling API.
In API response, we have found few cases where registrants are available in poll data but not in Attendee data.
Logically polling registrant list should be subset of attendee list. 

Same is happening when we manually extract Analytics report from Zoom platform. 
Please suggest how can I solve this.

Hello zoom peeps and pros,

 

I'm hosting my first ever online seminar in a month and before I post the announcement Im double checking that I have what it takes! I know I can have up to 100 participants, that would be a great problem to have. It will be either 2 hours or 2.5 hours. I would hope for 20-30 peeps if super lucky. I found a checklist for Zoom webinars that is super helpful and also overwhelming. I was hoping it was as simple as emailing the registrants a Zoom link and have watched enough Seminars to know what I want with chat feature and sharing a Powerpoint doc (50 slides). I don't need to purchase a co-host license, will just let my colleague who is attending, watch the chat when i turn it on. What else do I need to consider? I saw a post about not selecting 'Requiring attendees authenticated users to join' - so that participants can join with just a browser and not need a Zoom account. Check. good to know. Other question: Do I have to purchase a Webinar feature ? Or can I just cut off limit at 100 and stick with the plan I have? And reading says there is a required practice session done anytime prior to start time of seminar but is required. How does that work? And what else do I need to think about - added costs?  there are so many features and I don't need wiz bang, just need to run a clean online seminar to speak, share ppt and open up chat when I want (not letting people just post chat the entire time). Open to any advise and input that helps me calm the nerves about Zoom being scary with all of the settings available. Thank you!! Michelle

How to make the meetings be recorded in higher quality, even if they are saved in mp4 when I watch them, these videos are not high quality anyway, especially the shaded screen looks bad.

 

Another question is that when I share the screen, namely a portion of the screen, a video with me is automatically placed in the upper right part of the recorded meetings (see screen 2 of a recorded video). Even if I put it in different places of the screen during the meeting (see screen 1 during the recording) anyway in the recorded video it shows me in the upper right.

 

How to solve these problems?

Post-webinar survey not showing in browser

I set up a survey to show post-webinar and we have tested it. It does not appear in the attendees browser after the webinar ends. How do I get it to show in the browser straight away?It does come to them via email but not until 1 hour after the webin... Show more

I set up a survey to show post-webinar and we have tested it. It does not appear in the attendees browser after the webinar ends. How do I get it to show in the browser straight away?

It does come to them via email but not until 1 hour after the webinar - this is too long a gap - is there any way to make the survey email send out sooner after the webinar?

 

When I set up the survey there is no option to select browser/email as is suggested in one of the help pages.

 

Update: When they did receive the survey email they then had to additionally get some kind of verification code. Very surprised and disappointed by this poor survey process provide by Zoom. Now we are using a different free survey website to send it out immediately after the webinar.

登録者人数は127名です。

リアルタイム視聴は35名でした。

 

ウェビナーは録画しておりました。

 

その際に、ウェビナー登録時において、正しいメールアドレスにて登録されているものの、zoomからのメールが届かない方がいらっしゃいました。

 

その点についてなのですが、

 

zoom登録時、リマインドメール、終了後のメールのうち、3つとも届かないというケースにつきましては、すでにご案内等がありますように、迷惑メールフォルダに入っている可能性があるということがあるかと思いますが、多くの場合で、迷惑メールフォルダにもメールはありませんでした。

 

  • 複数名からの問い合わせがあり、複数名で迷惑メールフォルダにも発見できませんでした。
  • gamil、携帯電話、iphoneなど、メールの種類は様々でした。

 

また、登録時とリマインドメールは届いているものの、イベント終了後のメール(1日後配信に設定)のみが届かないというケースも複数名で確認できました。

 

こちらのケースも、

 

  • 複数名からの問い合わせがあり、複数名で迷惑メールフォルダにも発見できませんでした。
  • gamil、携帯電話、iphoneなど、メールの種類は様々でした。

 

という状況でした。

 

このような場合、

 

(1)すべてのzoomからのメールが届かず、迷惑メールフォルダにも届いていない場合はどのような状況でしょうか?またその原因はどのようなものでしょうか?また、その対策はどのようにすればよろしいのでしょうか?

 

(2)また、登録時やリマインドメールは届いているものの、イベント終了後のメールのみが届かないというのは、どのような状況でしょうか?またその原因はどのようなものでしょうか?また、その対策はどのようにすればよろしいのでしょうか?

I added a person to be a Speaker at my Zoom Events Webinar via the Speaker quick join option. This was great as he previously had issues logging in and the quick join meant he didn't have to log in. However, he did not have access to the Backstage area of the webinar. Me and the other Speakers (panellists) from my organisation did have access, but not this one Speaker from a different organisation. I had tried to add him the normal way but the invite email would not send. I tried making him a Co-Host but this did not help. How do I give this Speaker access to Backstage while also being quick join?

 

(I have re-posted this as the answer given to my previous version of this question was not relevant and I haven't had any other responses. This is not in reference to the speaker (audio) hardware on my computer.)

Inviting attendees

Hi everyone 

 

I have a basic account at the moment but every time I schedule a meeting on the zoom desktop or mobile app it generates the link but does not send it out to any of the invitees listed. Does anyone know why?

How to remove "sign in requirement" when attendee join Zoom Event?

Hi, I have a new question.

Zoom Events requires attendees to sign in to Zoom account first, how can I remove this so my attendees can join in directly with the link?
