Hi all!  Our business is hosting a webinar this week and we will be using a power point presentation of slides (speaker notes below).  After introduction, we'd like to begin the power point by sharing the screen.  How do I upload the power point slides to Zoom?  What are the steps.  And do I include the panelists pictures while going through the presentation?  I think I read where Zoom doesn't have the option to upload the PP to the webinar, so how do I get it to share with our attendees!  help please.  Also, what settings do I set up .. presenter mode?  etc... thank you so much!

Time in Session Data not populating in attendee report?

In my attendee report for my latest webinar only ~50% of the data lines have the time joined, time left, and time in session. Why is only half of the data populating? We required registration ahead of the event and all of the other attendee data popu... Show more

In my attendee report for my latest webinar only ~50% of the data lines have the time joined, time left, and time in session.  Why is only half of the data populating? We required registration ahead of the event and all of the other attendee data populated in the report. I also watched the participant count during the webinar and it aligns with the # of attendees reported. I just don't understand why the time fields are showing "--" instead of data?

Recording & reading offline/outside

Hi! Can I record my own pitch with Zoom on my laptop outside in a parc/public area, while being offline?

 

I can't use my (S-Flip) smartphone because I want to read a Word document simultaniously (video app switches off when I read doc).

zoom hosted webinars

I was unable to attend a Zoom hosted tutorial/webinar and was advised that a ecorded version would be sent to me. I never received it. How do I obtain?

I scheduled a meeting and invited people in general to attend and provided the event link.I would like to allow invitees who accept the invitation and access the meeting using the link I provided to join the meeting directly and not depend on my auth... Show more

I would like to allow invitees who accept the invitation and access the meeting using the link I provided to join the meeting directly and not depend on my authorization.
Question: In the item SECURITY which option should I choose? 

- Access password
Only users with the invitation link or password can join the meeting
- Waiting room
Only users admitted by the host can join the meeting
- Only authenticated users can join

We use zoom webinar to host recurring live interactions with our customers - training and Q&A sessions. We have a CES survey we've set up using the native zoom survey functionality. This pops up post webinar. Ideally, we'd want these survey responses to automatically populate into a single google sheet when they've occurred instead of us having to export the results after every single webinar. Has anyone worked out how to do this? 

 

I've looked at adding a third-party survey link (for Delighted) but you can't pass any registrant details that way (name, email) so the responses come through from an anonymous person, and the redirect screen to get to the survey post-webinar is uninspiring UX-wise. 

 

Ideally, I need to automate getting the response data out of Zoom so it can populate a Slack feed, Tableau etc. Can't find any marketplace app functionality that covers any of this and Zapier doesn't trigger from/pull response data either. Can't find any marketplace survey apps that will work for this use case. Hoping someone else has worked through a similar scenario here. 😕

making a video

I need to create a webinar for my business, I want to record it over zoom. The webinar is approximately 50-60 min. Long. what is the best way to do it?  I will be away for about 2 hours but please feel free to get me some suggestions if it can be done
