Backstage and breakout rooms in a webinar
Backstage and breakout rooms are no longer an option in the Webinar. There are also no mention of them in the settings any longer. How do I get these features back?

I have paid for the webinar feature but nothing is showing up under my WEBINAR tab, so I can schedule any events. Is there something extra I need to do?
Maybe I'm missing something and if so can someone let me know? With the new changes to the polling interface, it seems I can no longer assign specific polls to a webinar. We used to be able to assign polling Qs to a webinar in the order that we would like them to appear. Instead, with the new changes I have access to the entire library, which is fine if you only have a few poll questions but we run multiple webinars with a different set of questions for each webinar. It isn't practical to scroll through a list of 35 questions to find the correct question to launch. Is there a way to still assign specific polling Qs to a webinar?

Hello everybody, When I share with my iPad, everything is fine. On the other hand, with zoom live via Youtube, the problem is that my screen, the size is small at the top and on the right. I looked everywhere to enlarge it, because I express in Sign Language, it is important that the public sees the screen better in large size. Do you have any solutions to enlarge this size? Thank you for your help. Yours sincerely

Can anyone share the best headset and mic set up for conducting live meditation classes? I will be playing music in the background that I want the participants to hear without drowning out my voice or my voice drowning out the music. I also will record the events occassionally.

Hello. I want to have the same webinar on two different accounts so participants don't see each other and get different offers at the end of the webinar. Do you know how I can do that? Thank you!
Currently, approximately 100 people are registered for my webinar (via Zoom). Accordingly, confirmation links have been sent to their email addresses. What will happen with these links after I disable registration? I want to disable registration to be able to send registered participants reminders with a 'direct' link (in the case of registration being enabled, it is impossible to create such a link) to the Zoom meeting 10 minutes before it starts. Unfortunately, Zoom currently only allows reminders to be sent an hour before, resulting in a loss of audience.

Hi I have a very important meeting with clients on a project that involves streaming several videos and I made some tests and the video is all jerking. The sound also has problems but is less noticeable. The videos are short (1min) and relatively small (40-400Mb). The connection is cable and should be no problem and the computer is a gaming HP which is perfectly capable of handling the processing. In the screen, there is no problem either with the sound or the video but in the transmission is unacceptable. Any suggestions on how to improve the video quality? It is not an option to switch off my camera because the team needs to see me as I make the presentation. Any help will be most appreciated. regards Luis

Hello, I am looking to add and rearrange my tickets so that they appear in a more logical order. I cannot seem to find a way to change the order (which comes first, second, etc.). Is there a method to do this, or do I need to delete the existing tickets and then create them in order? Thank you

Our non-profit organization has been using Zoom for over 2 years, but this problem only arose in October 2023 when we published details of our offerings and posted Zoom registration links on our website. The problem is with PayPal integration. At that point, and continuing to this day, every attempt to register for any of our Zoom webinars seems to fail after PayPal payment has been made. We have set up many test webinars and the problem occurs for every one. What the customer sees is that, having paid for the webinar, they are re-directed back to Zoom, on a "Waiting for confirmation from PayPal" page, but the spinner never stops. It's as if Zoom never receives a response from PayPal. If the customer is sharp-eyed, they may see a small popup message that says HTTP error 401 has occurred, but that message is only visible for a second or two. In fact, the PayPal transaction has been successfully processed, and Zoom sends a confirmation message to the person who registered, but the customer is left confused about his or her status. We are not using any PayPal or Zoom APIs--we're just using the built-in Zoom/PayPal integration. Our Winter 2024 season is fast approaching and we really need to get this fixed. Any ideas?
