Resolved! Slide Control Issues
I'm trying to enable Slide Control for a webinar we're hosting, but it's not showing up as an option in the toolbar even though I've ensured that it's enabled in Settings. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?

I'm trying to enable Slide Control for a webinar we're hosting, but it's not showing up as an option in the toolbar even though I've ensured that it's enabled in Settings. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?
I need to do a test run of a webinar with zoom and LinkedIn. Our Admin followed the instructions here to allow users to livestream meetings. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059839 However, when I go to my account, it says that "allow livestreaming of meetings" still needs the Admin to unlock it.

Hi all, If I want to start the session ten minutes earlier than the start time of the event how do I do that? E.g. the event starts at 3pm but I would like to start the event for everyone at 2:50 pm. What do I press? Everytime I go to start it it takes me to a practice session. I assume the practice session goes away once the event actually starts? However that would mean starting at exactly 3pm and I'd like to start earlier to get speakers set up etc. Any support here would be useful!

Hello. When I don't have a microphone on my computer, WEB Zoom keeps disconnecting with an error message - "your browser is preventing access to the microphone".
When I click on "Join Audio by Computer", then I hear speech for a while until WEB Zoom disconnects the audio with the same err msg.
If I use Zoom.exe, there is no problem with this = I can hear the audio even if I don't have a mic and there is no problem with the disconnect. Could you please fix this problem of the WEB Zoom? Thanks

I am an Administrator on a Business Account and I am not able to create or save a Template. The dropdown menu does not appear below the Description field. Do I have to turn this on in the Settings? I cannot find it.

I recently hosted a webinar and opted to automatically record it to cloud. My camera (host) was off, but both my panelists cameras were on. The 2 recordings I received after the webinar are "Audio only" and "Audio transcript". Why do I not also have a video recording of the webinar with my panelists speaking?

I just recently upgraded my free plan to a pro plan and I had some meetings scheduled for later in the month. I am wondering if the upgrade automatically effects how long I can have those meetings or if I need to go back and reschedule them so I can host them for longer than 40 minutes? Does anyone know?

We produce multiple webinars every month and set them up six months in advance. We promote them over time and need to see how many people have registered for each at a glance. We are transitioning from GoToWebinar where there is a dashboard of all the webinars you have set up that shows the number of people who have registered. The list of webinars in Zoom does not list the number of people registered. Is there a way to see that information at a glance, like there is in GoToWebinar. I've attached an image of what it looks like in GTW.

I have a Zoom Webinar, where 2 seperate People share their Screen simoustanly.
This Webinar gets recorded, to be used later.
So far it seems like Zoom randomly choosed whose Screen gets recorded.
Is there a System behind the recorded Screen, so that you can decide which screen will be in the recording, or is there even an option that Zoom will record both screens and safe them as seperate recordings?

I am integrating my Zoom account with the Tutor LMS plugin to join the meeting with the learners. So I am having some kind of issue while integrating my Zoom account with the Tutor LMS. First of all, when I add the credentials of my Zoom account to link it with the Tutor LMS, I am getting a connection error.
First of all, I added the credentials server to server Oauth, but this option is not coming to my Zoom account.

I need a build server-to-server option on my Zoom profile that is not coming so that I can configure it and use the credentials.
