Why does the branded image that appears on the registration form not show up on Facebook or LinkedIn? It used to in the past.
Hi everyone, I was reviewing a cloud recording and needed to trim a section of it. However, when I clicked on the "Trim" button after selecting the portion to keep, I received an error message stating that "You have exceeded the rate limit (5 times during 12 hours) for trim this recording. Please try again later." But I am in an urgent situation. Can anyone suggest any other methods for me to trim the recording on Zoom? Thank you in advance for any guidance!

Hi. Lately zoom automatically includes sub-titles in the webinar recording. Since my language is not available of course what it shows is not usable. I have tried general settings as adviced both for my general zoom profile and also tried inside the zoom webinar (when I am present) but then the menu option to disable is not available. Right now I cannot use the recording which is a big problem. What can be commented is that I am re-using an previous zoom webinar invitation and just changing the date of the webinar (to avoid to change the zoom link in all my emails for customers). Could this be what is causing the issue? Thanks and so greatful for any ideas that could help me. Best regards,

We held a webinar and we want to make the recording available to our attendees plus a handful of people who could not get to attend it. So if we change the settings and allow sharing of video with people who have the recording link, in this case if people share the recording link with someone else along with passcode, even that person gets an access. What can we do to prevent this?

I am just getting started with zoom events and I am trying to set up a webinar. I want people to have to register in advance, but it looks like people have to authenticate themselves with zoom (either via a one-time passcode sent via email or having an account with zoom) before they can register. Is there a way to turn that off?

I have an upcoming event and none of my special role tickets can register - it always only says "invited." I invited paying attendees and they can register, but my speakers/moderator cannot. Am I missing something?
We ran a small Zoom Event with about 60 staff before we run it with a larger number of attendees. We set the background centrally. The issue was that the background worked fine for some speakers, but for other speakers we had issues like face disappearing, face having a blue hue, etc. Our default video meeting software for work meetings is Microsoft Teams.

Is there a way to download attendee questions after the webinar has ended?

I've added the ability for someone to leave a question / comment for an upcoming webinar - but I can't find out where to access what has been submitted? I can see the list of people registered, and when I download that list it doesn't include what was submitted in that field.
