Zoom Event - background does not work for all speakers

We ran a small Zoom Event with about 60 staff before we run it with a larger number of attendees.

 

We set the background centrally.

 

The issue was that the background worked fine for some speakers, but for other speakers we had issues like face disappearing, face having a blue hue, etc.

 

Our default video meeting software for work meetings is Microsoft Teams.
