I am with an organization that runs confidential meetings over zoom. Recently we have run into the issue where we have had Otter.ai automatically join, bypassing the waiting room, records the meeting, then emails every participants a transcription of the meeting. We have recording turned off, but we have had reports that the AI is still able to record and transcribe every session it joins. How can we prevent this AI from joining? Is there a setting we can have hosts set so that AI can be prevented from joining and recording? We recognize the benefits that AI can bring, but these meetings are too confidential to be able to record. the only solution we have been able to find is to manually remove the AI from the sessions

It could be due to insufficient RAM, too many startup programs, malware, or outdated drivers.
I want all the emailed AI summaries of my Zoom meetings to be in Spanish. All of my conversations are either all in Spanish or a mix of Spanish and English. A few times the emailed summaries have come through in Spanish, but 95% of the time they are in English. How do I set this to always have them come to me in Spanish. I've looked everywhere on my Zoom account settings, and on the desktop app under the AI and Chat settings. I have the Chat settings set to Spanish, but still no luck. Thank you.

In AI summary it always says Meeting in most paragraphs of the summaries.
Can we set it as default to something else?
E.G I want Session and not meeting.
Is this possible?

クラウドでAIコンパニオンを使って「概要」や「チャプター」を作成したのですが、動画を他者に共有することになり、精度の問題で「概要」「チャプター」を削除したいと考えてよろしくお願いします。
編集ボタンはあるのですが、削除ボタンは見当たらない為、現状編集から文章を削除して「会議」のような文字を入力して保存対応しています。
ベストは共有の時に「概要」等も共有するか選択することですが、既に録画済みのZOOMから「概要」等を表示したり消去する方法があれば教えてください！
How can I stop the AI Meeting from being emailed to meeting participants after the meeting? Some things were said after a participant left that should not be read. Is there a way to keep it from going to everyone?
I just hosted a meeting from my own private, paid Zoom account. Afterward, I needed to adjust some things in the AI meeting summary, so I went to edit it. When I then tried to re-send it to myself, I got the error "Your settings do not allow you to share with users outside of your organization." I am the owner and admin, but I tried in vain to find a way to change this setting. Where is it? What am I missing? TIA!

Hi using AI companion for the first time and have issues/questions. I had a meeting and turned on the AI companion. It was working but I wasn't going to ask it questions (such as action items and lists that were made during the meeting) until after the meeting was over. So when the meeting ended I clicked end and then I thought oh wait what about the companion did I just lose everything? I received an email with a meeting summary which was great. But I still had questions and wanted to refer to a transcript. So I logged into Zoom in my browser and found a section called "AI Companion". I clicked it, and on the particular meeting I was interested in, and it brought me to the meeting summary. No other options such as transcript, or the ability to ask the AI companion questions. Am I missing something, or is there no way for me to access this now that the meeting is over? Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide!
