My organization does not want to use AI Companion and when meeting participants see the icon, they want to use it.

I have disabled AI Companion by going to Account Management /Account Settings. I also disabled Meeting Summary with AI Companion and AI Companions Questions. Several community responses refer to selecting the option “Hide in Meetings toolbar.” I do not see this option. A chat with tech support and a call to Zoom - AI, not a person - did not resolve the issue.

I have a Workplace Pro account and I am the account owner.

Smart Chapters are not smart. I had hoped they would generate based on the meeting's agenda headings, but that does not appear to be the case. Seriously, what is the point of having chapters if they do not actually align with the meeting's agenda?

Am I just not seeing a way to sync meeting chapters to agenda headings? Or, at the very least, a way to predefine chapters?

If "Smart" chapters don't align to the actual topics discussed (aka the topics listed in the agenda) then they really don't serve a purpose IMHO.

In the last few weeks hyperlinks now appear for the bullet point text in the next step section of the ai meeting notes. Zoom trying to get you to use their task setting tool no doubt. (We use Hubspot and Google tasks.)

I use these for recap emails to customers. I need to remove the links easily. Clearing formatting in other softwares doesn't work very well and fiddly, lots of clicks.  Can I turn this formatting off? Anyone know or have work around? Thanks.
