Turning on AI Meeting Summary

I am the only user on my Pro account yet the AI Meeting summary switch is greyed out and i can't turn it on.

As well as receiving the email, does Zoom proactively pop up and prompt for historical calls on the account or is the only method of access then to look at the call history and go into the chat to find the summary.

My Zoom read.ai self-started in someone else's Google Meet & shows up in her meetings. PLEASE HELP!!

I was on a Google Meet call two months ago, initiated by the secretary of my HOA group.  My Zoom read.ai (I had allowed it to install in Zoom some time before) somehow self-initiated in the Google Meet, even though we weren't using Zoom, and the Meet account wasn't mine. 

There have been two more HOA meetings since, and both times the read.ai program was still somehow connected to the secretary's Google Meet account.  I was not personally present at either of those two meetings due to other commitments, but in both cases read.ai showed me present, and yesterday, it also sent a meeting summary via email to everyone after the meeting under MY NAME. 

I have uninstalled read.ai from Zoom, but I have a terrible feeling that it is like a virus that somehow skipped to that woman's Google Meet program and nothing I do is going to fix that for her.   And to add insult to injury, it appears that the meeting summary wasn't even accurate. 

ANYBODY have this experience and know how to help my friend remove read.ai from her Google Meet account?

Flashing AI Companion icon

The AI Companion icon constantly flashes if someone is using it, but the flashing is distracting. Is there a way to have it stop flashing or to remove it from the title bar?

No Meeting Option on AI Companion

Hi I have not used zoom now for ages, and when I now go to launch a meeting, 75% of my real estate is zoom ai companion - which I do not even want !! I am left with a tiny window top left showing the actual meeting !!!I have followed the instructions... Show more

I have not used zoom now for ages, and when I now go to launch a meeting, 75% of my real estate is zoom ai companion - which I do not even want !! I am left with a tiny window top left showing the actual meeting !!!

I have followed the instructions, logged in to web portal, gone to Admin section, then Account Settings and AI Companion tab, but the only options there are :-

 

Docs

Workspace Reservation

 

Resources

Whitepaper

Getting Started Guide

Onboarding Centre

 

There are no options related to meetings at all ???

 

I have a meeting tonight 1900 so would really appreciate if someone could help me to block, minimize, remove this awful addition which zoom have seen fit to add.

Hello! I am super satisfied with work of an AI Companion BUT, only if it works... I just had several situation with AI Companion just didn't work even if I have him turned on manually and I have an option to automatically be turned on on every meeting. Please advise me when this issue will be solved because I am working with my clients and I NEED to have the summaries to bring them value.

 

Right now I am considering to change the meeting software to Google Meet (because for me it's free) and buy an external notetaker.

 

HELP! 🙂

Zoom Phone AI no more diamonds or transcription?!?

I used Zoom AI transcription services in Zoom phone with success 10 days ago. Yesterday, the platform no longer shows the AI diamond selections, my previous transcriptions are "poof" gone, and now when I make a call it is no longer transcribing. I checked settings, worked with the chatbot, worked with a live agent, and reset everything. Logged in again to see if it is in place and NO it is not. Tested it this morning and NO it is not working. Seriously? What did Zoom do that messed all of this up?!?

Transcripts enabled but no transcripts created

I have enabled transcripts in my Zoom Pro account (iMAC OS Sonoma 14.5) but I only get audio and video files. No VTT file. I have integration with Practice Better which is supposed to take the transcript and create the notes after my client sessions.... Show more

I have enabled transcripts in my Zoom Pro account (iMAC OS Sonoma 14.5) but I only get audio and video files. No VTT file. I have integration with Practice Better which is supposed to take the transcript and create the notes after my client sessions. I have my settings the same as my colleague's but yet I still only get 2 files - audio and video.

 

Please advise,

Resolved! Meeting Summary with AI Companion - Not Rendering

I used Meeting Summary w/ AI Companion for a few meetings yesterday, and the links are still grayed-out / un-clickable in my zoom account. Any thoughts/suggestions?
