How do I ensure the Zoom AI companion generates the summary in English only?

The Zoom AI companion is generating the summary in other native languages that we occasionally speak during the call. Since the summary is shared with the wider team, can we ensure it is generated always in English only?

AI Companion meeting Summary

I am trying to turn on the meeting summary in AI companion, but on my account settings it says 'locked by admin' i did not have the function to turn it on during the meeting. Zoom help is not helping, can anyone guide me as to why this is?

The "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" button is grayed out in Settings > AI Companion and cannot be changed.

It says 'Locked by Admin', but I am the (only) owner and user of the account.  I have the same problem with a different account that I have for a non profit organization.

Both accounts are paid accounts.

Please advise.

I am the owner of a Pro Account and have no admins registered. However, when I try to enable AI Companion for meetings, it gives me a "Blocked by Admin" message and I am not allowed to switch functionality. How is it that I am the owner and I am still not allowed to enable functionality? Thanks.

mssge says "trim completed" but I can only see the full original video

I trimmed my video and it says "trimming complete", but when I clidk on the recording, it's still the full length original. I tried signing out and signing back in.

One that speaks in different languages the same as I speak, and at the same time provides subtitles?

Is there a way to have the AI Meeting Summary only sent to one or a few selected email addresses (excluding the host email address).

 

For instance, if the team leader hosts the Zoom call and wants the Meeting Summary sent to only one person in the team, but not to themselves, is there a way to do this?

 

Another issue for us is that everybody in our team has access to the email address associated with our Zoom account, but often the meeting only takes place between two people in the team. This means that after the meeting everybody gets the meeting summary, even those that were not part of the Zoom call. 

 

Could this feature be added in a future update? Thank you.

I'm the owner/admin of my account and want to keep AI enabled for meetings as the account default. I also would like participants in meetings to have the choice to turn off the AI for that meeting, if I am not present. Is this possible? If so what se... Show more

I am trying to enable this on our Zoom One Business Plus account but when I try to it says I need to enable cloud recording. I navigate to that settings page and cloud recording IS enabled. The terrible chatbot was no help at all and apparently my account doesn't get me a live chat. We are trying to justify using Zoom over Loom but the way service is going, I'm tempted to just leave the service.
