Can a healthcare organization that uses Zoom for discussing PHI (Protected Health Information) safely use Zoom's "Meeting Summary with Zoom IQ" AI tool without violating HIPAA? The healthcare organization has a BAA in place with Zoom. I have the meeting summary set to automatically email all invitees within my company. As the host, since I can edit the meeting summary, and there are often things that need to be tweaked before the summary goes out to everyone, I think it would be helpful to have the ability to make those changes before everyone gets the meeting summary instead of them getting it twice - the initial summary and then my updated one. Ideally it would be configuration and I could almost have a meeting summary remorse period where I could set the lag time between when the summary was created and when it would go out to everyone else if I didn't edit it.

I am trying to use a self signed url in script widget of an AI bot flow and I'm receiving this error:
Why does the meeting host have to send the meeting summary manually? If an AI Companion summary was generated in a meeting that I participated in, assuming the host is in my organization, I should get a copy in my AI Companion tab. There is no good reason this should not be the case today. Can we flag this and fix this?
It slows us down having to ask for recordings/summaries after calls and waiting for that person to send them over.

Hi I was in a board meeting and the secretary was ill, so I thought "no problem, I'll use AI companion to do minutes " then the darn thing wouldn't start!! So anyway I recorded it but now I still have to go through the whole thing and make minutes. Thanks
1. I've no idea why it wouldn't start - has anyone else had that problem?
2. Can I get it to do the recording after the event?

Hello. I hope you can help. Can someone tell me - or point me to an article - which says what happens when a host transfers ownership mid-meeting. Who is the AI Meeting Summary emailed to (which account does it belong), the original host, the new host, both or split between the two hosts for their portions of the meeting? Thank you

I'm using Zoom AI Companion solution. However, It generate response regardless to my situation. Is it possible to make response regarding to my data? For example, a sentense which I use frequently also called 'template' should be reflected to response AI generate. I want to get response which is relevant to my past data. it is called ..... Tuning?

The conversation in the entire meeting was in English whereas the summary came in Hindi. How do I convert it into English and send it to people who joined the meeting and how can I avoid this in future?
I'm trying to turn on the AI Companion feature in settings but it says it locked by admin. How can this be given I am the sole owner of the account. My plan is Workplace Pro so I don't have live support.
