Is there an option, currently, to no have an email sent from the AI Summary (and only have that Summary hosted in the Host's Zoom account)?

 

If not, can you please take this as a Feature Request to have the option to not have that Summary emailed?

 

I do not want the summary to be emailed and then, therefore, be stored on that server.

Cant find meeting summary,

 

Settings are correct and I have received summaries in the past but have now stopped.

Any ideas where they might be stored?

AI Companion only completing a portion of meetings

I've noticed a number of times with the Meeting Summary and with transcripts that there are full portions missing (10 minutes, sometimes 20). We have Zoom Workplace Pro. Anything to be done?

I’m an in-house recruiter, and we recently enabled Zoom’s AI Companion - Meeting Summary feature to automatically summarize interviews scheduled through our recruiting team’s Zoom account (Recruiting@company.com). When I tested this by scheduling a meeting directly while logged into the recruiting account, the feature worked as expected.

 

However, it hasn’t been working for interviews scheduled via Greenhouse (our ATS), even though we selected the recruiting team’s account as the meeting “host” in Greenhouse.

 

Could this be due to a limitation or blockage with the way meetings are scheduled indirectly through Greenhouse?

 

If anyone has experienced this or knows how to resolve it, I’d appreciate your insights.

Where are Zoom meeting summaries saved?
I did not receive an email notification that the meeting summary was ready and I need to access the summary.

I was unaware that I made an AI transcript of a sensible Zoom meeting. We have a shared NGO account. Now everybody can create a document out of it or read the sensible and personal informations. How can I delete the transcript? I can not just restrict acess, becauas than the access is still open for everyone who uses this shared account. I also didn't find a possibility to delete the meetin from the "my meeting" overview. There i can only create the document. Any ideas?

Hello Zoom Community! Not sure why it stopped, but I haven't been able to get the AI summary emails after meetings any more. I can also not even share summaries or figure out how to reenable the email summaries. And of course, there doesn't seem to be a straight forward answer or way to enable it.

 

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
