Meeting Summary including things that were not discussed in meeting

There were subjects included in the Meeting Summary that were not discussed during the meeting - they were items that I was reading about on my phone.  How does that happen?

This is a common occurrence. The meeting summary is a very powerful but not 100% accurate. A simple solution would be to edit the meeting summary to ensure accuracy. There is also a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you organize and edit your meeting summaries.
