Unable to turn on Smart Recording with AI Companion

Hi, I am a solopreneur with a business account so don't have other users on my zoom account. However when I try to enable Smart Recording with AI Companion it says "locked by admin" and I can't figure out where it's locked. I've double checked that I have the latest zoom version, transcript is on etc... Any ideas?

Hi, 

 

I am assuming you are also the admin on the account. 

Sign in to the web portal. 

Go to Account Management>Account Settings>AI Companion, and you should see this.
