I would like to ask about the following AI companion features that were listed in the September update information.

-Release of feature for participants to enable AI Companion and meeting summary without the host

I understand that the release of this has been postponed, but has it been rolled out since then?

I would like you to tell me how to implement this setting from the account settings on the web portal.

I had a meeting with 1 other member of my company earlier. The AI transcript sent me this after the meeting... (I've changed some of the names, but there was nothing playing in the background for either of us and the transcript is wild).

It basically implies that I talked about being recruited into the United Blood Nation & then recruiting other people intot he gang.

this was sent as a summary to our business email


Keith and Employee discussed various invoices, subscriptions, and software tools used by their team, including Business1, Business2, Business3, Business4, Business5, business6, and business7. They also discussed the history and structure of the United Blood Nation (UBN), a New York-based organization formed from various New York founded gangs. Additionally, Keith shared his personal experience of being recruited into the UBN and his role in recruiting members in the streets.

I'm trying to use the AI companion meeting summary. I am the admin, and I'm the only user on my paid account, yet I cannot remove the "locked by admin," so I cannot toggle the on/off in the settings from off to ON.

I've followed suggestions by others in the community and logged out, then logged back in using another browser, and that does not work for me either. I've also tried to use the Zoom chat feature, but that is not good for my blood pressure either. Argh

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.?

Problem description:
I am the organizer of Zoom meetings and use the web interface. I usually have no issues accessing meeting summaries, but the summary for a specific day won’t open.

• I can see it in the list, but the arrow button to open it doesn’t work.
• Summaries for other days open without any problems.
• I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome, Micrisoft Edge) and reloading the page, but the issue persists.
• I also tried accessing it from another device and through the Zoom app, but the problem remains only for this particular summary.
• There’s no option to download the data or bypass the issue in the Reports section.

Are there any known reasons or solutions for this issue?

When creating a document from a meeting summary I want to select one of the advanced templates, but I am only ever offered the standard summary.

I've checked the notes associated with using ASI Companions with notes and cannot find a combination of settings that allows access to the additional templeats. 

What do I need to do to get access to the additional templates?
