I want to turn on meeting summaries but the option says the item is locked by the admin.  I AM the admin.

How do I get out of this Catch 22 please?

zoom AI companion

I just recorded a zoom with the AI featured turned on, however I didn't receive and email with the feedback. I don't think the zoom call uploaded to the AI section. Is there any way to re-upload my zoom call to AI and receive the feedback ?

I did the download and install and it replaced my previous version of Zoom.... when I went to open it I received a message that it won't work on my 2019 Powerbook Pro (it is not a "silicon" Mac).  Fortunately I had the previous version of Zoom on a backup and could re-install it.  There is nothing in the email from Zoom warning users about this.  A problem!

Resolved! AI Companion Questions - "audio transcripts for non-recorded meetings"?

" Audio transcripts for non-recorded meetings are stored temporarily in order for Zoom to provide the service and support to customers."

Can we ask Zoom the following:

1. What does Zoom mean by "audio transcripts for non-recorded meetings"?  In other words, what is Zoom capturing and storing when the Meeting Summary tool is enabled but the Zoom call is not "recorded."  Is it an audio file?  Video files? Chats, screen shares?

2. Do we have the ability to customize the "Meeting Summary has been enabled" notification pictured in the email below? - in which case, we would likely want to let users know the extent to which aspects of the meeting will be recorded and stored.

3. How long does Zoom save this content, where, and who has access to it?

Is this possible?

Hi. I have set up AI automatically on every meeting and choose which meetings to record. On Friday evening and Sunday morning (UK times) I had two 2 hour long meetings scheduled with auto recording in the cloud. One of the attendees logged in with AI generator (not sure what version) which caused my auto recording and auto AI to fail. I have only received the first 10-15 mins of the meeting until this person logged on. Does anyone know why this happened and what I can do in future to stop this happening?

AI Summary Disabled for Some Reason

I want to use AI Companion but it's greyed out.  I see a message saying it's locked by admin.  I'm the only one who uses this account.

Can anyone help me figure out how to start using and get this unlocked?

Thanks.

The Zoom auto-summaries are already really good. I'd like to send these to Salesforce.

Seems like it should be possible because Zoom has the @domain.com from the emails and so it could match that to the domain on the account in our Salesforce and add a note there. Even better would be to search for an open opportunity on the account and make a note there  if there is indeed an open opp.

Has anyone done this that could provide some guidance on the best way to go about it?
