Multiple Issues including AI malfunction.

Very frustrated and unable to contact help from Zoom! I purchased Zoom and should have tech support but the AI refuses to connect me with a person. I have sent emails, and before I sent a web ticket, but now I cannot even access the web tickets. I am at wits end! Can someone please advise me on how I can contact tech support? Without going through the AI, PLEASE! It does not work for me!!!! I also scheduled a demo over three weeks ago and no one has set an appointment with me. Not certain why the automated and artificial systems are haywire but I really need human help.

What type of account/license do you have?  If you are on a Basic account, your options for support are veryu limited:

If you are on a Pro plan, your options are better, but not by much:

So if you are a Pro-licensed user only, with no additional services that would amount to $50/month, Web Tickets are your only additional option.
