Otter AI question
I'm trying to help a user that has turned off otter AI in both zoom.us and otter.ai and she's still connected to it and it's still sending emails out. Does anybody know of a setting I'm missing?

Hi, I mainly use the Zoom meetings for my sports lessons. This means I talk and give advices and the music is playing and also important for my students. I don`t find the right audio settings for this composion. My voice is heard clearly but the music is very silent or even not hearable. Has someone an idea how I can put the audio settings to solve this problem? I am really sad about this problem so thank you very much in advance if you can help me

I have the AI companion turned on in my settings. I want to receive a summary after I record in Zoom. When I finish a recording I'm provided an "audio transcription" but not the summary. When I don't record in Zoom it sends me a summary of the conversation. Does any know how to have a summary of the recordings? Is that possible to do versus the audio transcription?

From https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058013 it was mentioned that "Use of Meeting Summary with AI Companion is not available in all countries.". Does this pertain to the regional/country support or it pertains to the supported languages as you mentioned? If the former, is there an official list of supported countries (or non-supported countries)?

Dear all, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to ask how to activate the Smart Recording and Meeting Summary features with AI Companion on my Zoom Pro account. These features, which include recording highlights, summaries, smart chapters, next steps, a meeting coach, and post-meeting summaries, would greatly enhance my ability to manage and review meetings effectively. How could you convert the audio recorded to text and make it a summary? I have already watched tutorials on YouTube, such as those available at this link, and am eager to try these features on my Zoom Pro account. However, I noticed that the admin currently locks these features. Please guide me on unlocking and enabling these features so I can start using them. Thank you for your support and assistance. I want to test the AI companion before deploying it to the whole company. How can I enable it for just a few users?
I joined a meeting where I wasn't the host. I clicked the AI companion button, and selected for the meeting summary. I requested permission and I believe the host granted it. Where do I find the meeting summary?
Just got off a meeting and received the AI summary... in Japanese when we were all speaking English. I have no idea how to change it to English or why it was in Japanese in the first place. How to ensure the summary stays in English? (all participants are in Japan, but ironically it's an English conversation club)

I use the iPad Zoom app for all my meetings, does the AI Companion feature to generate meeting summary work in the mobile app? I only get chat transcripts.
I am wondering if the Next Steps generated by Zoom's AI Companion have a standardized format across meetings. I am trying to build automation that automates an email with these next steps, and that is dependent on the format. In one meeting I have had the AI start with "Here are the key action items from the meeting:" whereas in the meetings after it hasn't. It also used to have a period at the end of the steps in the first meeting but hasn't since. Just wanted to know if it was an update to the general format and now it is set to bullet points without "Here are the key action items from the meeting:" and no period, or if I should expect the format to change with every meeting.
