Hi all,

I have 2 users in the same Zoom group reporting 2 different things then they turn on Zoom AI.

User 1

They turn on Zoom AI and everyone in the meeting is automatically muted and has their camera turned off until they agree to the recording via a prompt that shows on their screen.

User 2

Performs the same action and the meeting continues with no one being muted or having their camera turned off.

I thought it was the setting under 

Recording notifications - Zoom clients

But I change it to 'guest only' with the same result.  Anyone have an idea?

Does anyone have recommendations for a note-taking app for breakout rooms within a Zoom meeting? I am meeting host and moderator but I can't be in all the breakout rooms to take notes. Is there a tool or extension that can be used within Zoom to do this?

Most of my calls are booked through Hubspot which is integrated with Zoom, and I have the AI Companion set to generate summaries automatically on all of my calls. This has been working just fine since the AI companion launched, however all of a sudden last week any calls that I had in Zoom that had been booked/created via Hubspot stopped having the AI companion start automatically. I have to manually start the companion for those calls. Calls that I create/start directly in Zoom have the companion start automatically. Is this happening to anyone else?

In our administration account I setup a meeting to automatically turn on AI companion and distribute the summaries to "All meeting invitees including those outside of our organization".  The invitees included "@yahoo" and "@gmail" invitees.  Upon completion of the meeting, the summary shows in the meeting summaries list in Zoom for the administrator as complete (I can see the summary).  However, none of the attendees on the call got an email (e.g. gmail) summary sent to them.  All of them are using free Zoom accoun

Are summaries only sent to paid Zoom accounts?

My meeting summaries are automatically being deleted immediately after the meeting and are inaccessible.  My transcript list shows that there is a transcript logged but I can't click on it and the download button is greyed out.  Please advise on how to fix this issue.  I need the summaries and transcripts from every meetings to be saved and I need to access the past ones.

Hello! I am super satisfied with work of an AI Companion BUT, only if it works... I just had several situation with AI Companion just didn't work even if I have him turned on manually and I have an option to automatically be turned on on every meeting. Please advise me when this issue will be solved because I am working with my clients and I NEED to have the summaries to bring them value.

Right now I am considering to change the meeting software to Google Meet (because for me it's free) and buy an external notetaker.

HELP! 🙂
