AI Companion advertisement in home screen
As the account owner, I should be able to remove / minimize the rather blatant advertisement of AI Companion on the home screen. I do not use that that feature and certainly don't appreciate the "in your face" advertisement.
Resolved! Zoom AI Companion for non-Zoom meetings
My team uses Zoom for as many meetings as possible, but as a consulting company we cannot always choose the meeting platform. We need the ability to add our AI Companion to meetings that we do not and cannot manage. A bot that we can add to MS Teams, GoTo and Google meetings, similar to the dedicated note taking AI apps like Fireflies, Read, and Otter, would save our team from turning to a competing solution for meeting summaries and action items. If this is available, please let me know how I can enable the feature. Thank you.

Help! Meeting summaries have stopped
My meeting summaries have stopped, last I could find in email and in zoom in the online environment are from end of Jan. Do I have to change a setting or other? Help!
AI Companion has the wrong gender for someone in the meeting
It seems that from the proncuciation of this person's name and because their username combines their first and last name together, AI Companion has added a -le at the end of his name and uses she, her pronouns for him in the summary. Is there anyway to correct this in the meeting settings or to do a quick "find and replace" edit in Zoom docs?

Zoom AI Companion
Hi everyone, I help an advisor during meetings, and he uses Zoom AI Companion for every zoom meeting. Normally the summary is delivered to him, but the last couple of times Zoom AI has just not summarized anything at all from the meeting. Does anyone know what the problem might be here? Thanks,

Change Meeting Topic
All my meetings have the same topic in Zoom. I am unable to edit the meeting topics. Therefore unable to find a specific meeting without searching forever. The suggested solution of editing the topic on the Meeting Summary page does not work. HELP!!

How do I get the summary to write in British English with British spelling and not US spellings please?
