How do I disable Otter AI Companion?

Hi @JimEckel 👋 To disable this, please try the following steps: 

  1. Sign in to your Otter accounts.
  2. Go to your Account settings.
  3. Click the Meetings tab. 
  4. In the OtterPilot section, disable Auto-join all meetings

If it is your Otter AI account you will need to disconnect from Zoom and your calendar and close the Otter account. If it is joining on behalf of an external guest you can enable a waiting room to vet if they are an attendee. Alternatively there are apps like Meetinguard or Salepager that can verify if attendees or human before joining your Zoom meeting.
