@RayBenz,Try this-do an uninstall of the current Zoom from the Windows Settings and then do the clean install of the newest 64 bit version of Zoom Workplace. See if this resolves the issue.

Otter.ai is a web based system and you would need to delete the account or at least disable the settings in Otter that allows the bot to enter any meeting on your calendar
