Hi there, I just tried to adjust the options for the waiting room to add a video there but once I enter "waiting room" in the settings it does not showcase any options to adjust the waiting room. Just shows a toggle to add or remove the waiting room. I am on the free plan maybe that's why this occurs - don't know.

My setup currently is Zoom Rooms with Google Meet interop enabled going through Polycom C60 Trio controllers. We can join these meetings in our Zoom rooms just fine but there is very little host control on the Poly C60s, specifically for user management. We can't manage waiting rooms and allow participants from the controllers. Is this expected behavior? Thanks!

Looking to get information on when/how a camera make/model will be Certified by Zoom. I'm particularly interested in the new AVer TR535N dual lens PTZ Pro AV camera. Zoom has certified a number of other AVer models, and I'm just looking to get a gauge or information on how they choose the models to certify, and how long that process may potentially take. I'm currently testing this model and would love to be able to create/recall presets from Zoom, which is currently unsupported on this model. Thanks

I'm getting a JSON configuration error once the JSON file is loaded. The Zoom software accepts the file with no errors but after 30 seconds the error message pops up " JSON Configuration error". This file is to add 3 buttons onto the Zoom Panel interface. We need to send serial strings via IP to a Lightware device. This Lightware device sends the commands out of its com port to a TV mount com port to control a TV mount. We can ping the Lighware device no problem. Here is the syntax: {
