For us in Naval Education and Training, instructor training was one of the most important factors to overall success!  We used a simple checklist that increased comfort and confidence.  One of our main points was taken from the Education Community, use the three P's - Plan, Prepare and Practice! This is a huge recipe for success.   Agree?

@russcolbert I totally agree! One of my favorite teachers used to love this quote "Failing to prepare is preparing to fail", and how can you prepare without a plan and without practicing? They're all essential 👏
