Zoom AI Companion So as the title says, we have been using a single sign on link to ADFS, which includes a relay parameter that references a zoom meeting ID, since late July 2024 without issue, but in the past day or so instead of redirecting after authentication to the meeting id indicated in the parameter, all users are redirected to their Zoom profile pages. Anyone else experiencing this?

Per the 11/15/2024 article: Scheduling and customizing a meeting with registration
I have looked everywhere in the User, User > Groups, and the Account settings and can not find anything to let me turn the meeting registrations option on.
Plz Halp!
For the past three years, I’ve been hosting a Zoom group with 11 participants, where none of them needed to enter a passcode or waiting room. My settings were configured to automatically embed the passcode, and the waiting room was disabled. After updating the Zoom program, the direct joining feature no longer works as expected. When setting up a meeting under "schedule" and selecting "security," I’m now required to choose between "waiting room" and "passcode." I selected "Passcode," thinking the embedded feature would still work, but it doesn’t. Now, my participants are prompted to enter a code. Do you know why the embedded passcode feature no longer functions?

Hi,
I'm trying to connect to zoom meeting from browser.
After insert my name and click on "Join", the "AW, Snap!" exception occurred and page crushed.
How can I solve this?
Thanks
Lately, we have been having a lot of users join our meetings with Otter.ai and record and transcribe the meeting. Some of those meetings are confidential and wanted to see if there is a security setting that needs to be adjusted or what can be done to stop these users from joining the meeting with otter.ai. We started enabling waiting rooms and allowing users in one at a time but when you have meetings with 100s of individuals, it's hard to police everyone. Is anyone else dealing with this?

I am tying to set up a OnZoom Serries Event. When I hit the publish button, it responds with our Business Account is not completed. Yet when I go to the business account page everything is filled in. Has anyone else had this happen?
We publish a number of screenshots via URL to all our Zoom rooms.
Is there an option to export the list of rooms along with the displayed URL/s for each room?
Is there a way to pre-screen incoming external calls to gather information like their name, company, or reason for the call? That way the person receiving the call has more information on how they'd like to handle the call (answer, decline, VM). I like the idea of sharing extension numbers and DID# to others BUT, I don't want our executives and upper level managment to be blindsided by someone that obtained their DID# through incorrect channels.

This question was asked previously (years ago) and the answer that worked back then isn't working for me. I have to download this onto my 4 year old's computer (she has an old one because... she's 4!) and I don't want to upgrade a computer. Her school requires Zoom desktop client.
Each time I download, it says it's not supported. I've tried all the work-arounds I can find on the internet so far. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I have a macbook Air running Sonoma 14.6.1. The Facetime HD camera at the top of the screen when running a meeting has three settings under it: Portrait, Studio Light and Reactions. Other people I know have an addtional setting BACKGROUND which has virtual backgrounds that are seemless unlike the standard zoom backgrounds. Does anyone know why I do not have that option or where I could go to get it? Is it the operating system or the zoom? or a setting I missed? Thanks
