How Do I Turn On Meeting Registrations In My Pro Zoom Workspace Account?

Per the 11/15/2024 article: Scheduling and customizing a meeting with registration 

I have looked everywhere in the User, User > Groups, and the Account settings and can not find anything to let me turn the meeting registrations option on.

Plz Halp!
