I've used my JBL External Speaker for my audio for the past two years without issues. For the past month, I can no longer do so. The speakers come up as an option. I can even see the volume increase and decrease when I touch the speaker buttons, but no Audio.I play music and movies on my laptop ... no issues.I try to use it in a Zoom Meeting,... NO AUDIO. Thoughts?

Previously virtual background works well in my HP i7 11th Gen Laptop, but after giving the new update it's not working. Blur freezes my video and the virtual background black the screen.
As stated above. We want to replace using team-viewer with Zoom Remote Control, however we have all our PC's locked down with local user access only. So If I remote in and want to uninstall something for example, I have no way of entering the local Admin credentials (or ANY credentials for that matter) when they are asked of me.. I don't want to give the user the Admin passwords for the device for obvious reasons.
Is there a way to enable this behavior so I CAN enter the credentials?
This works flawlessly with Teamviewer, however if we can save money on buying yearly licenses and just roll it into one platform that would be great.

When I have completed the procedure to joing the confrence, I am told my name "is not connected: I am instructed to enter my Zoom account and find "display name" and then enter it. In all my account I couldn't find "display my name."

I'm trying to use the Shared Polls feature announced in Zoom meetings version 6.3. While I see the share to option, and the Sharing interface comes up, I cannot find any users to share to! I tried both email address and display names of known active users in my account. Adding a user to my personal contacts did not make a difference.

I recently have encountered streamed videos hanging while sharing (even without meeting participants). I'm using Windows 11 (updated w/ 24H2 installed) and Zoom Workplace 6.3.11. The videos display just fine when not sharing. This happens using my laptop display or my UHD TV/monitor. Lenovo app used to check all drivers up to date. Rebooting PC has no impact on problem. Nothing obvious to me while watching performance in Task Manager and videos hang. I have no problem sharing the same videos using my iPad Mini (6th Generation). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I've got a licenced account (Zoom OnePro) and I've read that with this one you can access Kahoot pro features. However, I don't seem to find the way to let Kahoot understand that I have a Zoom Pro account. It just keeps asking me to upgrade my Kahoot account every time I want to use a pro feature, even if I've opened Kahoot from the Zoom app a number of times and the emails are the same. Can someone help me? Is there something to change on the Zoom settings? Thanks in advanced!!

When I use the whiteboard to train japanese hiragana characters, I can't paint slow. When I stay on the left mouse button for too long, my painted character is transformed into a shape, e.g. a square or a circle. I already disabled all shapes and I am under the impression that the normal pencil shouldn't do autoforms, as there is a separate tool "intelligent drawing". How/where do I disable this behaviour or is there a better tool to draw letters?
