I recorded my zoom podcast and all went well, including starting/stopping recording to the Zoom Cloud. However, after the podcast, I wanted to do an intro to the podcast after my guest had left. He left the room. I then pressed Record to the Cloud and did an additional :60 recording (without having left the original meeting). I then left the Zoom room. A bit later, i got the email saying my meeting recording was available. All was good with the original but I can't find any evidence of the second recording, either in local or Cloud files. Does Zoom not actually save added recordings? I'd wonder if this is a specific use case anomaly, but I can't imagine I"m the only one to want to try to record something after stopping the original. Thanks!

It appears to be a client app that doesn't have an in-app setting?
Hello, in the rest of the world the first day of the week is monday. How do I change that in the calendar when scheduling a meeting
I am trying to set up meetings and the pop-up calendar weeks start on Sundays. My brain is having trouble translating it and I am concerned about sending mistaken dates to guests. Anyone know if there is a option under settings for this? I can't find it in the usual places. I searched the web/reddit/quora and can't find an answer to this one.

Hi there, we began using Zoom phone ~1 year ago for our small business and have never been fully satisfied. I find the set up and customization of features confusing and don't have anyone else on my team who can help me with it. I would greatly appreciate set up guidance and would be happy to pay someone for their expertise. Some context on what we do and what I'm looking for: We're a specialty auto repair shop open M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm. We field many calls a day from retail customers and individuals at other businesses we work with. Calls are typically to schedule appointments or ask for updates on repair/parts/etc. Our General Manager is responsible for answering calls. He has a company-owned iPhone with Zoom installed on it. If he's unavailable, the calls ring through to my account. One big problem: our GM's phone no loner has a cellular plan, so if he's not on wifi he can't receive Zoom calls. He's often on the road visiting customers and needs to be able to receive calls during those visits. What I'm looking for: 1. Fix our GM's need to be on wifi. Do I need to also get a cellular plan? Is there a way to have cellular internet only so the Zoom phone is always accessible? Any other suggested solutions? 2. Have calls ring first to my GM and then to me if he doesn't answer after a certain amount of time. 3. Have voicemail box set up with a professional answering message. 4. Direct customers to voicemail via a professional automated message if it is outside of our operating hours. 5. Anything else to make us appear more professional to callers. Thank you in advance.

Hello, yesterday I made a Zoom call and recorded it. Thank you!
However, the recording conversion did not complete correctly and became corrupted.
How can I recover this recording, considering that the files double_click_to_convert_01 and double_click_to_convert_02 are missing?

Hello, I'm trying to disable two-step verification, but nothing I do seems to work. I followed the steps below to enable and disable it: - Log in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator. - In the navigation menu, click Advanced, then Security. - Under Security, click the Sign in with two-step verification toggle to enable or disable it. It's disabled, but Zoom still asks for the second code when I log in, the second step of the verification.

Hi, Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Despite all this, participants still get errors and can’t join. I don’t see any alerts or issues on my Zoom profile, and I don’t have access to direct Zoom Support as a Basic user. Is there anything else I can do to fix this, or could there be an issue with my account after downgrading from Pro to Basic? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
I have a personal Zoom account (Basic/free plan) and I’m the only user—there’s no admin or organization involved. Until this morning, everything worked fine, but now my meeting participants can’t join any meetings, even when I start a new meeting and share the correct Meeting ID and passcode.
