I need to record separate audio files from my meeting, but when I go to 'settings' and 'recording', there's no option to 'record a separate audio file for each participant' as all the help articles say there should be. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I fix it? Thanks.

I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!

Hello, yesterday I made a Zoom call and recorded it. Thank you!
However, the recording conversion did not complete correctly and became corrupted.
How can I recover this recording, considering that the files double_click_to_convert_01 and double_click_to_convert_02 are missing?

Hi Team, We usually need to send bulk invited ranging from 1000 to 70K participants. I see an option of CSV in setting up email invite section. Wanted to know the format that is required for the CSV file and also how many invites can be sent at once. Regards, Suparna Chakraborty

Can can anyone help me with my echoing / resounding / reverberating sound issues? I have already tried everything in the audio settings , for example by changing the setting of echo reduction to high. There a bunch of other windows specific audio settings in zoom, which I do not understand. I am using a pretty professional USB-mic by Marantz via Desktop. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I can never use my ipad’s apple pencil (ipad pro with zoom 6.3.6) to edit or correct while sharing my screen. I can sometimes use it when other meeting members share their screen, but not always. I need apple pencil to edit and correct and my only workaround is to take a picture of what I want to edit/correct and then share photo, that allows me to edit with apple pencil but is way too time consuming… anybody met same issues? thanks

In larger companies with more than five hundred employees, it becomes challenging during meetings to immediately understand who is in the room. It is often unclear whether a participant is a product manager, an engineering manager, a quality analyst, a developer or someone from a commercial team. This creates confusion at the start of many meetings, since we sometimes spend time trying to figure out people’s roles rather than focusing on the discussion itself. Right now the only reliable workaround is to search for each name in Slack, open profiles and check their role. This is slow, disruptive and does not scale in fast paced conversations. A solution that would allow participants to reveal their role temporarily during a meeting would be incredibly valuable. For example, showing a role next to the participant’s name, toggling between display modes or even enabling a shortcut that momentarily switches all participant labels to show their job title. Any lightweight approach that avoids manual name editing would already be a significant improvement. This capability would save time, reduce friction in cross functional meetings and provide clearer context for everyone involved. It would be a game changing experience for large organisations.
