Hello, yesterday I made a Zoom call and recorded it.
However, the recording conversion did not complete correctly and became corrupted.
How can I recover this recording, considering that the files double_click_to_convert_01 and double_click_to_convert_02 are missing?
Thank you!

Hi! i encountered same issue. Were you able to resolve this?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @rouxp! If your Zoom recording conversion failed and the files double_click_to_convert_01 and double_click_to_convert_02 are missing, recovery is unfortunately very limited. Here’s what you can try:
1. Check the original recording folder for any .zoom files. These are the raw, unconverted files.
2. If .zoom files are present:
3. If the .zoom files and the double_click_to_convert files are missing, there is no way to recover the recording using Zoom’s tools.
4. If you have a backup of your computer from before the failed conversion, try restoring the missing files from your backup.
If these steps do not help, the recording cannot be recovered. For future recordings, make sure the conversion process is not interrupted and your Zoom client is up to date.

This usually happens when the Zoom local recording did not finish converting properly. First check the Zoom recording folder on your computer and see if there are any DAT or TMP files left. You can try opening Zoom and using the “Convert recordings” option if it appears. If the double click files are missing you can also try repairing the recording using Zoom’s built in recovery tool from their website. In some cases reinstalling Zoom and pointing it to the recording folder helps trigger conversion. If that does not work you may need to contact Zoom support and share the raw files with them.
