Wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. I have two ticket types for my event. One paid - the general offer, and one free - determined by email domain. By default both are showing under general offer. When i untick one and save then update, the change reverts back. None of the changes I make are saving after clicking update. Any ideas?

Lately, we have been having a lot of users join our meetings with Otter.ai and record and transcribe the meeting. Some of those meetings are confidential and wanted to see if there is a security setting that needs to be adjusted or what can be done to stop these users from joining the meeting with otter.ai. We started enabling waiting rooms and allowing users in one at a time but when you have meetings with 100s of individuals, it's hard to police everyone. Is anyone else dealing with this?

Hey everyone, Lately, I’ve been experiencing some annoying issues with Zoom—random audio dropouts and video lag, even with a stable internet connection. I’ve tried adjusting settings, updating drivers, and even switching devices, but the problem still pops up occasionally. I use Zoom for client calls and team meetings, and since I also run an eCommerce business using Sellvia, clear communication is crucial for handling orders and discussing strategies. Has anyone found a reliable fix for these issues? Any tips on optimizing Zoom settings for smoother performance? Would love to hear what’s worked for you!

Good morning! We are experiencing some of our Poly Edge phones losing the BLF and Speed dial positions assigned by Zoom user settings. It seems to be temporarily resolved by a phone power cycle. Any thoughts one what could be causing this?
My organization recently migrated to Zoom Phones from RingCentral for our VOIP provider. Previously, the CP-8851 phone could transfer calls by following this process: However, now on step 5, the call disconnects abruptly. All the other functions work fine such as the sidecar/KEM, warm transfers, and speed dials. Even though I believe it to be a Zoom issue, Zoom support says this is a Cisco IP phone issue. This video also demonstrates the procedure that should be working. However, the call disconnects after the destination number is entered and the “Transfer” button is pressed for the second time. Has anyone experienced this issue and/or know how to resolve it?

When I schedule a Zoom meeting from my Surface Pro, I add the attendees and click save which then opens up my Outlook Email App. From there, I click send to invite my attendees, however, the attendees do not receive my email (I know this because they reach out saying they haven't seen an invite on their end). As a temporary fix, I've been going into my Outlook Calendar and manually inviting the attendees that way (i.e. creating an Outlook event and adding in the Zoom link), but then two separate invites are sent with the same Zoom link. The attendees receive both which is obviously not what I want either. However, when I try and schedule from the Zoom App on my Macbook, it all goes fine. I'm able to add my attendees, click save, and the invite is sent out right from my Zoom App and immediately connects with my Outlook Calendar. I only use my Macbook occasionally from work and my Surface Pro is my main work computer so I'd really like to solve this problem for my Surface Pro. I know it's probably just a quick setting change but I'm struggling to find the answers from Google searches. My question is: How can I get my Zoom App on my Surface Pro to replicate what is happening on my Macbook? Thank you all and please let me know if you have any clarifying questions.

This has never happened before, in my meeting last night I could not share my screen. Any clues as to why?
So let me tell you the devices I am using. Android Device - Samsung S10 iPhone 11 So I bought this mic and is working as it should. When I connect it to my android and use default camera app, it starts recording audio through USB Audio and works as it should. Same goes with my iPhone.
External Microphone - Wireless K8
Now the problem is in Zoom Meeting Android as it is not picking up audio from the external mic while Zoom Meeting on iPhone picks up audio from the external mic as it should.
Can Anyone help me with this issue? Is there a setting, or anything like?

Hi there, I'm running Zoom 5.11.11 on macOS Monterey 12.5, and have an Apple Studio Display. I've noticed the Center Stage feature is on when I'm in Zoom meetings (the camera tracks you as you move around), however I can't find any setting to turn it off. It seems that this setting does exist on iOS/iPad OS, but not on macOS. Is there a way to turn this off on Zoom on the Mac? Thank you!

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address. Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account? I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
