Zoom AI Companion I am unable to register for public webinars with my free zoom account. I am trying to join a public webinar hosted by Aurora Energy: https://auroraer.zoom.us/webinar/register/1817338665272/WN_Za6zPKuiQEubkfNhvOTW1g#/registration I have raised this issue with Zoom in several tickets over the last few months, without getting any helpful response. Now my tickets are simply being closed whenever I create them. Anyone else has similar problems, or is there anyone with a free zoom account who has actually been able to register for a public webinar?
However, when I enter my registration information, I get an error saying "This webinar is only for authorized people. Register with a different email address". Although the webinar is clearly a public webinar, and the email adress I use for registration has a free zoom account associated with it.

Hello! I used the "Livestream to YouTube" feature for the first time and had a bad experience: Every 20 seconds, it restarted the audio, overlapping on top of me continuing to present. You couldn't understand what I was saying because it was restarting the webinar on top of me over and over again. After 3 minutes, I ended the event because it sounded like 10 of me talking over myself. Both the Zoom Webinar recording and YouTube livestream recording sound like this. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?

I am a Mac User. Today the Timer App stopped working. I get a black screen when I click on the Timer App. I have already uninstalled and installed my Zoom App, I have also done the same with the Timer App. I have also updated my Zoom, still the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

The zoom timer app is not working on my mac. It comes on when I start a meeting, but once my mouse moves off the app, aAll I get is a black screen. I can't change the time duration, I can see anything, and the display on my video does not change. The OS is 10.14.6 (Mojave).

I tried to host a meeting this evening in Zoom basic, as i do almost every week. I tested my microphone and speakers before and a couple of times during the meeting, and they worked fine. But when participants joined, I could see them, but not hear them. They could hear me and see me fine, and they could hear and see each other, but I could not hear any of them. I ended the meeting and restarted it, but it did not change anything. I still could not hear them, but they could hear me and each other. Any thoughts on what the problem might be. IT gave me a new camera, because updating Windows 11 last week killed my old camera's driver, but i don't think it would be that because they could hear and see me. i just couldn't hear them.

Hi, My audio works fine with any App (like playing something on YouTube), but I cannot hear anything through Zoom. I have gone through all sorts of solutions posted online and none of them work. Can you please let me know what would be a fix ? I would be obliged if you could answer as soon as possible as I need zoom on a daily basis.

Hi, I was sent a link to a Zoom meeting to my email address (gmail). I will be using this link every week to attend a meeting. The way I get into the meeting room is by clicking the link in the email. Is there any way for me to input this link in the Zoom app on my computer so that I can go right to Zoom and enter the meeting room rather than search for the email and click on the link?

Does anyone know how/where I can purchase a Zoom pro account and gift it to another person?
I just upgraded to Zoom Pro. I had a meeting this morning and I can't figure out how to get the transcript from it. I did everything that the support page instructed as far as checking all the right boxes under Account Settings. Can someone help?
