Where is my meeting transcript?

I just upgraded to Zoom Pro. I had a meeting this morning and I can't figure out how to get the transcript from it. I did everything that the support page instructed as far as checking all the right boxes under Account Settings. Can someone help?

Hey! Please check that the meeting was recorded to the cloud, as transcription is only available for cloud recordings. Log in to your Zoom web portal and go to Recordings under the Personal section. Go the recording of your meeting under the Cloud Recordings tab. Click on the meeting topic to open its details. If the "Audio transcript" option was enabled prior to the meeting, you should see a file labeled “Audio Transcript” alongside the video and audio files. Click to download or view the transcript.
