Has anyone found a way to customize reports for Zoom Phone? Such as the User performance report under analytics & reports. The usage report does go down to 1 call for the time range set, we are looking for users that may have 0 calls during the time period set as well.

Zoom: 6.6.11
Ubuntu 24.04 (Gnome/wayland)
When I open the reaction emoji popup, if I move the mouse the popup disappear.
This make impossible to react to chat messages.
I would like to know if it's possible to find out who turned on transcript function during the meeting. I saw that the message 'This meeting is being transcribed' popped up in my meeting but none of the participants are admitting that they turned it on.

Was wondering if anyone can help me solve this issue
On all Outbound calls the voice prompt "Call may be monitored for Quality Assurance" comes on. We as a company do not have call recording enabled, so I do not understand why this prompt plays. I have ensured that the Prompt "play a disclaimer prompt to call participants" has not been selected for any of our monitoring participants. Is there something I am missing? Thank you!

Hello, I have a few concerns about my Zoom profile, and just wanted to note it here and see if anyone else had experienced something similar. It is currently saying that I have a Facebook account linked to my Zoom (I do not). It's also not giving me the option to troubleshoot or disconnect it. I am concerned about this because I deleted my Facebook, which I'd had since like high school because I wanted to take a social media break. Recently, due to some other issues, I had to see if it was somehow still active and/or had been compromised or someone else was using a page and pretending to be me. When I tried to enter the email address associated with it, I was told my account had been disabled due to violating community guidelines. However, I was able to open another Facebook page and promptly tried to take the steps of identity verification - it would not allow me to. It only allowed me to do two-step verification, so I am worried that whatever Facebook page it is saying is connected to my Zoom is a page that someone else is using - it is not me, and it's clearly not a Facebook page the I have access to. This concerns me.

Hello, ever since updated to Zoom workspace, my video settings don't show the options for @virtual background, filters, blur background or touch up appearance. I am using an Asus Aspire 5 and have the Zoom Workspace Pro plan. I had full use of these settings before the update. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you, Sharon

Hey guys, I’m trying to streamline my communication and support for my dropshipping store using Zoom, but I’m running into some issues. I want to offer live consultations or support calls for my customers, but I’m not sure how to integrate Zoom with my store (using Sellvia) or if it’s even worth it. Anyone here using Zoom for customer service or product consultations? How do you set it up, and does it actually help with sales or customer satisfaction? Would love to hear your experiences!

I’ve been looking into ways to automate customer support for my ecommerce store using Zoom and integrating it with Sellvia, my order fulfillment platform. The goal is to provide real-time, personalized assistance to customers by scheduling Zoom calls automatically based on their order status or any issues they may encounter. Has anyone here worked on integrating Zoom’s API with third-party ecommerce systems, particularly for order management and support? I’m specifically interested in automating customer meeting scheduling, syncing order updates, and using Zoom’s API to streamline the support process.

Zoom is becoming a busted, unworkable application on modern Linux desktops. Linux systems are quickly and aggressively moving to Wayland & Pipewire for graphical sessions because they are more secure than the outdated, fragmented x11 standards. In fact, more and more Linux distributions are going Wayland-only, or at least Wayland by default. KDE and GNOME are both deprecating x11 support. Zoom has not kept up. The screen-sharing problems on the NVIDIA/Wayland/Pipewire/Zoom stack are well-known and well-documented. You basically share a black screen that crashes your call when you stop sharing. The settings menus are not helpful (and yes, I have tried all of them). Screen-sharing just doesn't work well on the Linux client with very-common hardware and OS configurations, and the only workaround is to run it on an x11 session. This is a notable defect, and the problem really appears to be contained to Zoom.

I am using a zoom app on my iPad, and a recording button cannot be found anywhere. A recording option is not included in the meeting settings, even after I added “screening records” in the control centre. I greatly appreciate if anybody can tell me what’s going on and how I can add a recording option. Thank you.
