New update doesn't show the virtual background, blur background or touch up appearance options

Hello, ever since updated to Zoom workspace, my video settings don't show the options for @virtual background, filters, blur background or touch up appearance. I am using an Asus Aspire 5 and have the Zoom Workspace Pro plan. I had full use of these settings before the update. Any help would be really appreciated.
