This is really strange. After a recent upgrade, I am getting only the Whiteboard option. Please see the screenshots below.

If I remember correctly, I am supposed to get the options for the whole window and specific applications.

What does Zoom have in place or planned for the Zoom Whiteboard when it comes to retention of artifacts for a person on litigation hold (legal hold) where all electronically stored items in Zoom (e.g. recordings/transcripts/whiteboards) will be discoverable?

I love that the board is huge, and I can zoom and pan. BUT other people's view doesn't zoom and pan with me, they have to zoom and pan themselves. This could be nice as an option, say when someone is drawing something on another part of the whiteboard so it will be ready when we get to it; but there should be a way for a presenter to have everyone's view track theirs. Perhaps individuals can be allowed to disconnect from that, or not, with another preferences switch.

Right now people get lost when I move to another part of the huge board.

I've experienced a problem typing with colours.  When ? While sharing a whiteboard to my student: if I write whit black colour the sharpness of type is 100%,  with any other colour sharpness is very bad. Please see the attachment.

I'm experiencing it by hosting meeting with desktop based Zoom app for windows.

I have a whiteboard in use throughout a meeting. During a meeting, some participants might from time to time be placed into a breakout room (there's no need for them to use/access a whiteboard during these breakout sessions).

It seems that, if a breakout session occurs during a meeting, that the main whiteboard for that meeting is blanked out once participants return from their breakout sessions - so the whiteboard content from before the breakout sessions is lost.  Is there a way to prevent this happening? ie for a whiteboard to persist throughout the duration of a meeting regardless of breakout sessions?

Hi, I am on Mac High Sierra 10.13.6 - When I open the whiteboard the first time, the background is white. I type something and stop sharing. When I reopen the whiteboard, the background is black. I have reinstalled Zoom and don't have this issue on my other mac running El Capitan. Thank you... anyone!

I get the following message when I try to use it

You are not entitled to meeting service. Please contact the administrator.

The problem is I am the owner of the account so there isn't an administrator.  I can't find any option to fix it and I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Suddenly, I am having trouble with my meetings crashing and kicking me out when I try to share the whiteboard or computer screen. It seems to happen more in the morning meetings than later in the day. The chat bot says to update Windows, but I don't want to update to Windows 11. I tried deleting Zoom Client and reinstalling it, but it is still happening. Does anyone have advice for me?
