Hi, I trialled the new whiteboard functionality today with a participant before our workshop starts next week. While she could see my whiteboard, and me drawing on it, she herself couldn't add to it because she did not the 'index' of pen / shapes / Text etc down the left side of the whiteboard as I had.

(Yes, the whiteboard was set to 'everyone can edit'

Any idea what she can do to get her to be able to add to my whiteboard (ie to get her drawing implements accessible)?

Hello. I have a premium account and I am trying to create a whiteboard to use for an upcoming webinar. There seems to be some kind of problem with the interface, when I am trying to had a note or text or image on the board I newly created, it doesn't show. And last week, when it was still working, I closed the window after creating my design, and when I went to look at it again the next day the whiteboard was completely blanc, no design on it anymore, so a problem with the save settings I guess. I tried to go on forums, check out the settings of the whiteboard on zoom, but I can't find a solution. Does anyone has this issue? And how did you solve it? Thank you kindly for your help! 

I have prepared a few boards for the whiteboard before my meetings.

When I go live only the first page content can be seen by me and the participants of the meeting.

When I go to the 2nd or 3rd page all I get is a blank screen, no content at all. If I end the meeting and go back to the whiteboard the content is still there?

I feel appreciation to the convenience of using this service and consistent update.

The newly introduced whiteboard is also useful, but I have one complaint.
It is a little less convenient than the previous one when using an iPad and Pen. I miss the ability to eliminate writing with my finger.

Am I missing that feature?

I have been an online mathematics educator for 20 years in K-12.  We switched to zoom in 2020. 

Right now I app share Smart Notebook as my teaching whiteboard.   I use the new Zoom whiteboard rarely.  

I have two wishes.

1.   I wish we could save a whiteboard(or group of wbds) as a pdf/png. A  pdf is preferred. 

2.  I wish I could import a pdf/ppt/googleslide into a whiteboard and use as my lesson shell.

I'm new in Zoom Meetings (conference participants in university)

Unfortunately, using the whiteboard doesn't work for me at all in the moment.

If only text is written, the text starts to be displayed overlapping as you write -> the picture explains it.

Even when scrolling or moving, shadows of the written text remain and are therefore unreadable.

Tried new installation, update of all drivers including graphics card and BIOS, AMD adrenaline tool (device is a Lenovo E15 Gen 3 with AMD Rzyzen 5 5500U- WIN 11 pro 64 bit ) Zoom version is 5.12.8.

I would be very happy if someone could give me a tip!

I'm a teacher and use Zoom for classes a lot.
I have enabled automatic saving of whiteboards, so that I have all of them at the end of the session and can send them to my students. Recently Zoom started replacing saved whiteboards with later versions so that the original files are lost.

For example I will have a whiteboard at the start which will be automatically saved as [1] whiteboard - 1, then I send out my students to Breakoutrooms, join each room to help them and return.
Once I return and use the whiteboard again, this whiteboard will now be automatically saved in the same folder also as [1] whiteboard - 1,  therefore replacing the original whiteboard.
It has happened several times now, that go to the folder at the end of our lesson and discover that I lost half of my whiteboards.
Previously it used to save whiteboards after my return from the breakout rooms in a different folder to avoid this issue.

Is there something I can change in the settings?
