I would like a way to mute a single chat post and its replies and mute a single person in a chat channel.
This started not too long ago. If we paste any amount of text into the Chat window, it pastes in fine, but after sending it is delivered to the recipient as a picture. Any ideas on how to fix ?
I've scoured the KB and dashboard and haven't found anything, but does anyone know if it is possible to generate usage reports of Team Chat channels, more than just the top 10?

I've successfully created a group to block team chat to some users.
Question is: is it possible to grant these users access to their chat history?
I mean, they must not send messages but they should be able to see old messages.
At this moment, once blocke, they can not open the "Team Chat" tab in their clients.

I have certain channels set up with message preferences to only alert me for mentions and replies but I seem to get a red message indicator for all messages sent. Is there something else I have to do to only get notifications when I'm mentioned or replied to?

Why isn't there a way to delete zoom chats automatically? in the zoom admin portal i don't see an option to delete them after x days, the retention period option doesn't seem to work at all. Is there a way to delete zoom chats within zoom accounts without doing this manually? We don't want to disable the chat function entirely

Hello I am using the latest version of zoom (5.16.10) I don't have the option for rich text formatting in chat. I am on Windows 11 Client on Laptop
I am currently trying to add custom emojis, but Zoom says that I am no longer authorized to edit custom emojis. So I want to go to "Account Settings" under Account Management in ADMIN to be able to enable Team Chat emojis. However, there is no Account Settings under Account Management when I go to Zoom's website. I am the owner of my account, so I do not know why it is missing. Going to https://zoom.us/account/setting just shows a 'No Permission. (200)'.

Hi there, Whenever a reply has been posted in a group chat and initally looked at, the reply dropdown doesnt seem to work to expand the replies to a message. This is across all devices and turning/logging on and off does not fix this. In the attached picture this means when you click on the blue " 1 Reply" button, a new line to reply appears but not whatever the previous message was. Any solutions?

Every time I chose a person to chat, zoom chat appears to scroll through the previous conversations, and I cannot type in the chat box until it finishes scrolling. I have updated the software and i reinstalled it and it did not fix the issue. how fix this
