I hosted a meeting yesterday and set it to automatically record to the cloud (in order to ensure transcription). I set the meeting so that my guest would be automatically admitted to the meeting room, and the meeting started with him signing in, without me first going to the Zoom website to initiate the meeting. Could this be why the automatic recording is not showing up? That is wasn't actually recorded? This was an interview for a research study I'm conducting so it's very important!

We are developing a team chat system using Zoom Team Chat APIs. I would like to display the unread message count for channels and individual messages. However, I am unable to find an API endpoint that provides the unread message count for channels or specific messages. Could you guide me on how to retrieve this information, or if there is an alternative approach?

We want to be able to have automatic channel assignments using info from a user's SAML SSO sign in.

I have created department Channels and am using SAML for assigning the user to that already.

I recently found out that you can't have more than 1 SAML assignment.

Meaning if you do a departmental SAML mapping to a Channel, you can't have a different row for their location and also map to a location-based Channel.

I tried using Group memberships as well and it seems like there is a limitation with that logic too.

So what do people do in this case?
I want to have a user automatically get put in a departmental channel AND a location-based channel.

No encuentro ninguna opción que me permita grabar por separado el audio de otra persona y el mío cuando estamos en videoconferencia. Al exportar la grabación, ambas voces aparecen en una sola pista, y no en dos como necesitaría.

He buscado en internet e indican entrar en Configuración, Grabación y "Grabar un archivo de audio separado para cada participante", pero esta opción no me aparece por ningún lado.
