How does one join a meeting an admit people without having the admin start the meeting or be present at all? I want a someone that I identify to click the zoom link, start the meeting and admit folks without me as the admin starting the meeting or being involved or present. This person is outside of the organization but has access to the zoom link to join the meeting. I have a Zoom Pro account with one license. Thank you!

Hello, Thanks, Ryan
If I create a meeting via the API and send only join urls to people will I still be able to retrieve past meeting data via the API even though there is no "host", per se? Or does there have to be a host to get past meeting data? I want to hit endpoints such as /past_meetings/#{params[:meeting_uuid]}/participants and /past_meetings/#{params[:meeting_uuid]} on past meetings and store the data.

Hi, I just wanted to say that, an update to allow people access all the links shared in a Zoom meeting in their Zoom space account would be so great. It would be useful for everyone I think and spare some time. Thanks in advance and you're doing a great Job by the way.

Bonjour,
Je n'arrive pas à me connecter à une réunion. J'ai réinitialisé mon mot de passe ce matin, mais impossible
Hi all I am the host (admin also) of a seminar and I will be introducing a speaker. Then the speaker will take over. I want to record myself in full screen and after I have introduced the speaker I want to hand over to him, also in full screen. In the recording I want to only see myself and then the speaker, no thumbnails etc. What is the best way of doing this. Generally the speaker view switches to whoever speaks. this is quite disturbing. Even in the question and answer session afterwards I only want to see the speaker and hear the questions from participants, but don't want to see their video. Can I only achieve this by muting participants? Is the spotlighting feature the way to go?

Hello, I wish to place people in a breakout room and need to do so using their email address as per the procedure. However, some of the persons involved have an email address that has their name and then is followed by a .org.uk – not a .com. The system is not allowing me to use the .org.uk address. They have no other address details. Can anyone please advise?

Is anyone else annoyed by the redesigned Zoom chat? Separating out Chats from Channels and taking away the ability to sort by name is making it take twice as long to find who I need to find to chat with. If something like this is to be offered, it should at least be a locally configurable setting.
