Editing chats not available, even after Advanced Encryption is turned off?

When I set up Zoom for my company I originally had Advanced Encryption turned on. After discovering that content was still encrypted with this setting turned off, and the downsides outweighed the upsides (for us), I turned it off. However, it is still not possible to edit chats in channels created before I turned the setting off. Some of these chats are the busiest and most important ones, so this limitation is a bit annoying.

 

Is there any way to fix this?

Linux app missing chat formatting

For some reason, Zoom is not allowing me to login to my recording. The other party recorded the meeting, and it just asks me for the captcha over and over and over.

500 Internal Server Error

The zoom integration on Canvas has encountered the problem start from 11 December. When we access zoom from canvas integration, the error "500 Internal Server Error" occur. Any suggestion to solve the problem?
