Hello, 

Is there any option to enable or a work around to enable messaging while Zoom is not connected to internet? i.e., while no internet connection, I should be still able to send messages to my contacts & when I am connected to the internet later, it should send all the pending messages.

 

The current situation, when Zoom is not connected to the internet, it does not allow sending any messages to any contact.

Picture ID instead of phone number

When I join a meeting by dialing in, I want my profile picture to show and not the phone number. 

Instructions say - Editing an existing phone dial-in contact to go to Account Management - which is not in the menu

How do I do this?

User not recieving Confirmation Email

We recently updated a users email. However, the user is being prompted to "Confirm your email address" when trying to login but is not receiving anything to his inbox. We have checked the junk/Spam folder, we have made sure the email address is spelled correctly (it is).

Resolved! Exporting or downloading content from channels and chats (instant messages/out of meeting)

We have been utilizing several different platforms for instant messaging/chat outside of meetings including Zoom.We're now moving to standardize on a single platform (not Zoom) and we have users asking if there is a way that they can export or downlo... Show more

We have been utilizing several different platforms for instant messaging/chat outside of meetings including Zoom.

We're now moving to standardize on a single platform (not Zoom) and we have users asking if there is a way that they can export or download their conversation history with colleagues and save it locally on their machine.

The copy/paste into a Google/Word doc is a cumbersome and time-consuming option and we're hoping there is a better path that someone has found. Ideally this would be something each end-user could do as some channel/chats are not important to export/save. Suggestions?

Hi, I have a problem when I try to add a contact on my Mac on zoom.

Whenever I try to add a contact on my mac, I go to the "contacts" button, but there is no plus button for me to enter the email of the contact. I use my laptop for school so I need contacts so this is not very good for me.  There is no error because I even asked "Bolt" how to add a contact on a MacBook and he said to click "contacts", and then click The plus button to enter the email.   
This is not very good as I even asked your assistant software and she said to do something I cannot. Is anything similar for anyone else?? also, I have the same problem with going to the chat section because there is no button!!

When I move my iPad my meeting closes and goes back to Zoom Home Screen

Hi there. In the last week my Zoom has been sensitive to any movement of my iPad while I’m in a meeting, a nudge, anything, and closes me out of the meeting. Is it a sensor thing?
