Hi both the zoom time & my pc time show the same, but since we've moved to British Summer Time in UK (one hour ahead of GMT) my calendar invites are one hour ahead. I can't see an option to move to BST. Any ideas how to resolve this please? 

I accepted a user invite to a different zoom account using my work email.  I didn't realize that it would switch from my employer's zoom account to this new one (I assumed I could have multiple linked to same email).  I've since been unlinked from the new zoom account.  Is there a way for Zoom to reconnect me to my original account - will it automatically revert back?  Or does my employer have to do something on their end?  Thanks.

I am teaching on-line and create for the meetings different invitations. 

How can I create a fix/my own permanent room and give all my pupils their own entry code. It means I start teaching/open my room every day and everybody can joint the meeting with his own access code when his lesson starts and I let him/her in.

As far as I can tell I have all my settings set to have guests placed into the waiting room.  However, upon entrance they are placed directly into the meeting.  I know I can manually enable to waiting room once I am in the meeting by using the security section, however, I would like this just automatically done for all guests.  I believe there is a way.  Can you help me?

I was downloading a recording of a zoommeeting to my pc, but zoom kept asking to update and did. Seems like the download was interrupted. It is not on my laptop.
Now I can´t find the meeting. It disapered and that is really BAD. How do I get the meeting recording?
I was NOT the host and the host did not record.

 July 17, 2021 our church did a memorial service for a young man who died tragically.  His father participated in the service along with several friends.  It was recorded on Zoom, and the recording was posted online.  His mother watched it frequently but did not download it.  Then it went away.  She is (again) heartbroken. 

Does anyone know if a recording like this can be retrieved?  It is no longer on the local computer, our church administrator says the church's account can't store Zoom recordings this long.  

The next time I'm going to copy a recording off to a flash drive and hand it to the mother. 

Any ideas you have will be most appreciated.
